Finally satisfied my craving at Hu Tieu Hong Phat! 🍜I ordered the Combination Phnom Penh Noodles (Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang Thập Cẩm) and the Dry Egg Noodles (Mì Khô). Both were outstanding! The combination bowl was loaded with fresh toppings like shrimp, quail eggs, and lean pork, all tied together by a rich, savory broth. The Mì Khô (Dry Noodles) was the star for me—the egg noodles were perfectly chewy (al dente) and tossed in a special signature sauce that you can't find elsewhere. The side of soup was clear and sweet from the pork bones.Service was quick and the restaurant was clean. If you are in the Bellaire area, this is definitely the spot for authentic Southern Vietnamese noodles. ! 5/5 stars.

I must say this is the best hu tieu nam vang in Houston, I feel like home every time. The restaurant could be outdated place, but the food is so authentic, and tasty. If you wanna eat authentic hu tieu, run to Hong Phat.

Arrived at 8:35 PM and they have open sign on. They were putting chairs on tables already. She said they were closed. I said it says 9PM on your door. She said they are closed. Drove all the way from Cypress to have dinner. Update your hours if your close at 8:30 PM.
