I’ve been a loyal client of Hulen Nail Salon & Spa for over 10 years, and I can honestly say I’ve always had a great experience. Katie has been doing my nails, toes, eyelashes, and eyebrow waxing for years, and she never disappoints. She’s incredibly sweet, professional, and accommodating with my schedule, and the staff has always provided friendly service whenever I visit. I also appreciate that they take walk-ins and do their best to make sure everyone is taken care of.

I tried to give this place a chance , but every experience the workers are rushing , not friendly and the overall feel is dirty . I unlocked my front door and my nail chipped . Went to have it fixed and the tech wanted to put an acrylic nail on my tip because I have dipped nails. Instead of asking was it ok to cut them ( which it was ) she was going to glue the nail on the tip and leave the dip . She got so upset when I asked her what she was doing ? Rolled her eyes under that mask like I didn’t see her . I told her she didn’t have to be rude and I left . Never to return ! I tried to give this place a chance because it’s not new or like the fancy upgraded salons , but the dirty look and feel and the unwelcoming attitude . I’ll take my money and my tip somewhere else.

I went to this place for the 1st time and LAST too! I should have read reviews before going. I wanted to stay close to a place I had to be at so I decided to try them. Omg, they had 1 customer and the tech was yelling at someone to come out to take me. She had to yell several times before someone finally came out. She looked like she was crying. She did my touch up french tip so quickly and the work was not good. I tried to make small talk but it didn't work. I DON'T recommend this place at all. Don't waste your time or money there.

wish i could leave no stars. i came in yesterday to get a mani/pedi set. the lady was rushing after taking off my old set i came in with and was clipping my nails too fast and apparently not paying attention and clipped off alot of skin off the tip of my finger extremely deep. when at the end of my service she said sorry for the inconvenience but i can five you the nail removal for free which was $10. when speaking to the manager as well she said it was a minor incident and incidents like this happen when getting nails done but ive never had anything like this happen. my finger continued to bleed all afternoon even after applying pressure with a towel. the placement of the cut is not convenient bc i can barely clean it and i cant put anything right there to cover it. i also had to go to the urgent care to make sure i could get a my shot if needed to prevent an infection from spreading if one did occur. overall the customer service was terrible, my service should have never been rushed to the point of mistaking the end of my finger as the fingernail.

This is not my first time at this salon, but it will definitely be my last. I got a mani pedi, and my pedicure was fine but my manicure was absolutely terrible. The nail tech that did my gel manicure clearly did not want to so it and was working as quickly as she could to get it over with. She filed my pinkie nail down so much she cut me an i started to bleed!! Another nail tech gave me a treatment drop, but when asked if I could get a bandaid, she said “it’s wasn’t bleeding and it wasnt that bad”. Disgusting response!! The nail tech didnt even say sorry, but instead just payed attention to doing her own nails! I am in total disbelief. I could not add a photo now, but once I can, I will send an update. Update: I have included photos of my finger but the images do not give the cut justice. It was very deep and hard to capture through image, but it was a painful couple of days as it began to heal. I also included a photo of my manicure, very thick and sloppy job.
