Hung Ky Asian Kitchen

Fantastic! A hidden gem in this shopping center for sure. The food was perfectly cooked, we got Shaken Beef and a Pork Vermicelli bowl. The portions were large, and the pricing was reasonable for what we got. We've been hunting around for a Vietnamese place with a good robust menu since we were spoiled with options in Houston, and we think we've found our place! Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be coming back to try out all the other dishes that everyone else has been reviewing positively.

I recently tried the “calamari and crawfish fried rice” at Hung Ky Asian Kitchen, and it was a great experience 👍 The calamari was crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a light coating that wasn’t greasy at all. The crawfish fried rice had a nice texture—fluffy and well-separated—with fresh crawfish and no fishy taste. The seasoning was a bit on the lighter side, but still balanced and enjoyable. Overall, simple, fresh, and satisfying—perfect for a casual meal. I’d definitely come back!

Awesome experience! They are so attentive and the best part is that the food is boiling hot! ( I like to burn my tongue when eating) I’d rather scald my tongue than wishing the food was hotter, if you know what I mean! Definitely coming back! Wife, son and I had pho and general tso. Amazing!

I recently visited Hung Ky in Round Rock, and it’s definitely one of the best hidden gems for authentic Vietnamese food in the area! The restaurant has a clean, casual, and welcoming atmosphere — perfect for family meals or a quick bite. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations from the menu. I ordered a few dishes to try, and everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. The portions were generous, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. What I love most about Hung Ky is how authentic and consistent the food is. You can really tell the chefs take pride in what they serve. The menu has a great variety of rice plates, noodle soups, and stir-fried dishes, so there’s something for everyone.

Very clean very friendly environment, came towards closing time and everyone was still super friendly and speedy with the service, they all did a wonderful job! Compliments to the chef for preparing wonderful sweet n sour chicken and some very outstanding fried rice, every simple fried rice I’ve ever received had been extremely dull and bland. This place had the ability to amaze me with beautifully made simple fried rice it’s super tasty and the texture is beyond perfection
