I've been here several times, and the food is consistently great. I've ordered the chicken phở, bún thập cẩm, and bánh ướt thập cẩm multiple times, and they're just as good every visit. My favorites are the pork skewers and chạo tôm (shrimp sugar cane), and I come back for them every time. It's a small mom-and-pop shop with generous portions, reasonable prices, and delicious, authentic food. Definitely one of those places that's easy to keep coming back to.
I seek out places that serve mì Quảng, and Hương Bình is definitely top 2 in Seattle. Super close to what I remember from my childhood in Saigon. I recently got take-outs for the 3 rice plates & 3 vermicelli bowls for a small get-together, and every item hit just right. I believe there are only 2 aunties & 1 uncle that run this place (including the chef), which is impressive. Support small businesses that take pride in serving & in their craft.
Stopped by for lunch and had the pork chop with shredded pork and egg. The staff was friendly and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The dish was very tasty!!! They also offer one hour of free parking for customers. The parking garage is a bit sketchy, but that seems to be more about the area. I also couldn’t find the exit and ended up going back out through the entrance…luckily no car was coming since there’s really only space for one. Overall, I’d recommend it. Great food and a good experience. 👍
This is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants! They have an extensive menu, super reasonably priced and generous portions. The banh hoi and vermicelli bowls are my favorite! The service is always amazing and convenient parking. Support little Saigon restaurants!!
Bun Bo hue was huge! Ben xeo was tasty. The owner is a sweet gentleman. I would eat here again.
