Sign in to review**Hyphen** 4 stars I stopped by for the **Lychee Matcha**, and it’s a really unique, refreshing twist if you’re looking for something different than a standard latte. The floral sweetness of the lychee pairs surprisingly well with the earthiness of the matcha. The space itself is beautiful—very sleek, modern, and minimalist, which makes it a great spot to get some work done or just hang out. The presentation of the drinks is also top-tier and very photo-worthy. My only small gripe is that it can get pretty busy, and the seating fills up fast, but the quality of the matcha definitely makes it worth a visit. A solid addition to the Dallas coffee and tea scene!
I got the Jasmine Blossom matcha and it was excellent. Very floral jasmine flavor, quite sweet, and good matcha flavor and color. I added the cloud top to it which I wouldn’t do again. It made the drink too creamy and diluted the matcha and jasmine flavors a bit too much. Of course this isn’t Hyphen’s fault, I chose the customization.
it’s giving apartment, cafe culture passes is goofy. matcha ok 6.5/10. UPDATE 3/20/2026!!!! i came back. me and my girlies gave it another go and i love it much more, i appreciate the changes they made and this vibe is much more approachable then why they had before in my opinion. what they have now is a matcha truck parked in front and the indoor part is like a study common space. i really like that you can utilize the kitchen and microwave if needed and the wifi password is now open to all. the drinks were good just like last time. i like this style because its still giving the cafe culture they want but without trying too hard, it feels natural, its giving homey but in a good way. we love a small business who listens 😌 you’ve earned ur 5 stars hyphen !!!
They don’t serve food here; however, the jasmine blossom matches with oat milk was to die for! floral and light! there was a little wait but the line moved smoothly. Hope to be back soon when I visit again! 🙌🏾😍
It’s a food truck but with matcha drinks! We were in the area so decided to give it a try and so glad we did! The cashier was so informative and patient with us and others as we browsed the menu and tried to see what we were looking for and even offered recommendations we got a matcha latte with oat milk and then a hojicha with strawberry shortcake and oat milk. Tasted refreshing not overly sweet and of good quality. It would be nice if they had a little seating area or even a parking lot.
