We got the beef deluxe and the chicken Gyoza. The Pho was very flavor forward. Strong hints of cinnamon and other warm spices. The chicken Gyzo was fried perfectly, not to crispy, not to soft. The flavors were rich and not spicy. The vegetables were cut fresh with no signs of wilting. The service staff was friendly and the food came out quickly.

Okayyyy… I LOVE NOODS. 😂🔥 We got the soup dumplings and bao buns, and baby… both were GOOD. The soup dumplings were juicy, flavorful, and had that little burst of goodness when you bite into them. And the bao buns? SO. GOOD. Soft, fluffy, packed with flavor, and gone entirely too fast. 😂 This is one of those places where you take a bite and immediately look at whoever you’re with like, “Yeah… we’re getting more of these.” 😂 If you’re in New Orleans and you like dumplings, bao, or just really good Asian food, quit playing and go get you some Noods. 🍜🔥

After a few days of oyster, crawfish, Creole and Cajun, we were craving for some Asian food. Found this place with in walking distance in FQ. We had Spicy Tonkotsu, Tokyo Shoyu, The Beef Pho, and two types of bubble tea. Flavors were all very authentic and came out fast. The fruity bubble tea was very refreshing. Two thumbs 👍👍

The noodles here are pretty good — I really liked the pho, and the curry ramen was decent too. …

Absolutely loved this place. Everything from the people to the food to the vibes. We rode some rented bikes a few miles to get to this spot and it was well worth it.
