I honestly don’t know where to begin. I always try to approach dining experiences with an open mind and understanding, which is why I wanted to share some honest feedback that I hope can be helpful. Upon entering the restaurant, I was not greeted, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel particularly welcomed. While the restaurant was not very busy at the time, my request to sit outside seemed to be met with some reluctance, which made for a less inviting first impression. Once we were seated and received our food, there was very little follow-up from our server. We were not checked on during our meal and only had the opportunity to provide feedback after we had finished eating. When asked about our experience, we shared our honest thoughts. The pho lacked the depth of flavor we were expecting, and both the shrimp tempura and egg rolls appeared to be undercooked. While we understand that every restaurant can have an off day, these issues significantly affected our overall dining experience. I believe there is always room for improvement, and I hope this feedback is received in the spirit in which it is intended. A warmer welcome, more attentive service, and greater attention to food preparation would go a long way in creating a more positive experience for future guests.

Honestly not a good restaurant at all. Noodles were very dry and wet at the bottom. I asked for sweet tea with extra ice..I got a tea with sugar at the very bottom and no ice to be found. Dumplings taste like they were microwaved just very stale. I really feel bad but you can have the decency to bring appetizers before the meal, or maybe play music? The only nice thing I’ve tried here is the chicken pho, thats honestly about it though.

This was my family's first visit to this restaurant. When we walked in the restaurant appeared clean. It took about 5 minutes to be seated, but about 15 before the waitress greeted us and took our drink orders. I had questions about the menu, but there was a serious language barrier. She didn't speak English and I can't speak Spanish!! The questions weren't answered. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with chicken fried rice. I never could get her to understand that I wanted the sweet and sour sauce for my chicken. My husband ordered shrimp and noodles, she brought vermicelli that was actually bean spouts with chicken and it was like a salad. Then I made her understand shrimp and noodle bowl, but she brought shrimp and bean spouts again and it was ice cold like a salad, not a hot dish. My son ordered egg rolls, dumplings, and shrimp tempura off of the appetizer menu, all were good. On my way out I stopped by the restroom The restrooms were dirty and if Ihad seen them before ordering we would have left right then!!! I let the waitress know about the restrooms and I know we didn't understand each other. We won't be going there again!

Food is always really great at the Addison location, and different at the Dallas one... Experienced great service but was super disappointed in the taste of the pho as it was bland nd when reheating the Pho broth… its was gelatinous.. never in my life have seen this.

Went in to order. Lady was playing on phone and told me just a min. Finally got her to understand I wanted to order and I didn't have a call in she took my order. The I Luv Pho on Preston is where I usually go. This place the shrimp spring rolls was gross. They had something that looked kind of like bologna but wasn't in it. Never had any other meat in it but shrimp. Don't know why this I Luv Pho did!! The peanut sauce for it sucked and don't think it was the peanut sauce. They give you 1 Lil pack of each of the 2 sauces. The broth didn't taste right. Threw all of it away!! Wasted 26.00. Won't be going back to this one. But will continue going to the one on Preston.
