Sign in to reviewSuch a great experience! The staff sooooo kind and knowledgeable. I took my 14 year old son who is an athlete at OConner High in here for some relief and rejuvenation to his body. It was our first time and we are firm believers this helps the body recover. Would be so great if yall did a local high school discount or sponsorship program! See yall soon! Thank you!
Great place for a quick tune up on my health and well-being. It’s close to the house which is convenient and I have the basic package where I pay for 6 treatments a month which for me is good enough. Staff is friendly and great at helping if you need it. Highly recommend. All it takes is a few minutes on the treatments, for the sauna a good 45 minutes to an hour. That’s all it takes to feel good 😊

I love this place so much… I think it’s only a matter of time before they may have to go appointments only… It is the most relaxing self-care day when I visit! Highly recommend a monthly membership… The staff are always pleasant and helpful
