Visited today as a new customer, first in line when they opened to give them a try on their publicized $30 haircut. When they opened their front desk woman told me that they didn't have time for me, nor could she tell me when they could, or how much longer it might be if I waited. Her only advice was to come back again, later, and see if that was a good time for them. I told her that I was a first time customer and that just didn't seem fair. She had no other option. When I informed her that they were losing a new customer, she just said ok. I guess I must commend a business that is doing so well that new customers aren't that valuable to them. Congrats on that! I for own will always choose a business that makes me feel like I matter.
I’ve been coming to Sting now for eight months!! This dude is from my hometown and I’m always looking forward to every week to come in to get my haircut! He’s Always on point! And the overall shop has the best vibes! Looking for a local spot make sure you come to check this place out! Everybody’s great!
I only remember that I arrived frustrated and almost crying at this barbershop because one day before my son's birthday they had ruined his hair in a barbershop that is for "children" I asked for a mid fade and they made everything except a mid fade, by recommendation I went at the last minute to Impact cuts and Jordi attended us, excellent work, he corrected every detail badly done, he is so patient and clean in his work my son behaves so well with him🫶🏻🩷thank you because I finally found a real barber for my child
Impact Cuts is my spot in Frisco. Clean shop, good vibes, and every cut’s been solid. Erika clearly cares about the customers always making sure you leave happy. Definitely recommend if you need a new barber in the area.
Let me be clear. Do NOT go here. This is the worst barbershop experience I’ve had in my life. The shop smelled bad. The guy who cut my hair was unresponsive and did not communicate. He was very rough and did not have smooth motions with his scissors or the clippers. I felt like my head was getting banged around. It is also the single worst looking haircut I’ve ever had. My expectations for this place were already low but I thought for just a simple fade it would be alright. Wrong. Do yourself a favor and do NOT get a haircut here.
