Sign in to reviewFinding a reliable repair shop is HARD! Coming to Import Auto Repair was EASY! They greeted and treated me with care the whole time I was at the shop explaining each step and talking me through immediate need vs soon vs keep it in mind needs. Nothing was pushed on me, I was not pressured, prices were affordable, and knowledge was there! Highly recommend this shop to anyone and will be back to work on my list to continue bringing my car back to life! Plus they have the cutest pup and comfiest waiting room with clean bathroom for customers not covered in car fluids (might have some trauma from other shops lol)!!
This is the worst place to get you car inspected. I recently took my car down there for inspection. Even though the car was a brand new condition absolutely, nothing wrong with the car. This guy came up with all kinds of issues. Telling the buyer there's something wrong with the engine transmission of course the customer freaked out when I was trying to explain the buyer try to take the car. Somewhere else to get inspected, cause these guys are not honest. They're just here to take your money. So I definitely do not recommend taking your car to this place especially when you're trying to sell the car they will scare your buyer away for no freaking reason and waste of time.They make your way two hours
I've been taking my car here for the last 2 years and Import Auto always does an amazing job at a great price! My friend referred me after I got an insane quote from my dealership for a suspension issue on my relatively new car. Import Auto did free diagnostics and helped me understand what needed to be replaced, what could wait until another time, and gave me a quote for $3K LESS. They did the work within a few days and my car has been in great condition since. Every time I come here the staff is courteous and friendly and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of because I'm not a car-expert. It's worth driving from PB because the service is exceptional!
Tim is very knowledgeable! Saved my 30 year old car from overheating. Everyone is very good at communicating. I’m going to recommend this place to everyone.
They did a great job on my timing chains and tensioner. Great communication and a great price. Would definitely recommend them. As for unforseen problems related to work preformed they will rectify the problem and if its a result of the work they performed like in my situation they will get everything in working order for the original agreed cost.
