Sign in to reviewToday we came here to have lunch with our family, and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We ordered Schezwan fried rice, but it seemed spoiled. We also ordered noodles and specifically requested that they include both chicken and shrimp. However, the noodles only had shrimp and no chicken. When we brought this to their attention, the staff insisted that the chicken was already in the dish, even though it clearly wasn’t. Because of the poor quality of the food, we couldn’t even finish our meal. Despite this, they still charged us the full amount. To make matters worse, the person at the front desk was unhelpful and did not explain the situation properly. Overall, the food quality and customer service were very disappointing. We would not recommend this place.
As someone from Mumbai who grew up on Chinese Bhel, this was the worst type of Chinese Bhel I’ve ever experienced. Trust me and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. The entire restaurant was empty and that should’ve been the first sign. The owner did not even bother to come ask why we left our plates full and asked for the cheque.
I have never given any restaurant a bad review ever, but this place genuinely made me SO SAD. I absolutely love food, but the schezwan chicken gravy was horrendous. I ordered the Mongolian beef and chili garlic noodles and both of those dishes were very mid, which genuinely I don’t mind. I don’t go to restaurants to have food that wows me I really just want to have decent food. But the food here was just not it. The staff was nice and the food came early but afterwards the service got very slow once a total of 4 tables filled up. I feel bad leaving a negative review but I’m only writing it because the food here REALLY ruined my mood. I left the chicken gravy barely touched and yet still had to pay for it. Extremely disappointed.
The taste and quantity of the food is very much appreciated, but the service can be much better. Even during the peak hours( Fri-Sun evening), we found only one/two person handling almost all the tables, including taking orders, clearing the dishes. The prices are very nominal and one of the best Indo Chinese restaurants. Update Jan 2025 - The service still remained the same and slow, the dishes were served a bit cold. They should definitely hire a few more people to handle the crowd
I never post negative reviews ever but this 1 has to be posted so others know what to expect before they come. Worst food ever - it was all precooked food and served cold - we arrived around 7:00 PM only us and there was 1 table occupied. We ordered food and 5 minutes it was on the table - everything seemed leftover food and cold microwave heated. We informed them the very minute we need fresh food on rest of the order - 10 Minutes later the next item comes cold - we cancelled 2 times we had order and the final item came Cold as hell. Spoke to 2 associates both claimed we never informed them - I asked to review your cameras it not that yall so busy that you forgot the tables. We don’t finish any plates and it was the worse experience or food quality ever. The City health department should inspect this place - Be careful yall.
