been here multiple of times and cannot be more grateful for ERIC! He is amazing with his work. It was busy and he was handling everything perfectly. Some people waiting in the line need to understand that customer service takes courage and effort and it’s not easy! Its not easy like judging people based on yo moods :))
At the location O Conner, Irving, TX. I notice some price tag price is not matching at the register every time I shop!!! Some items price always higher at the registered. I will recommend Customer take a picture with the product and price then double check at the register. This guys are ripping up customers money. I multiple times complained at the register and returned. product prices higher than actual prices showed at the price tags. Some times lower price tags wrong items and telling customers product is out!! Also, my rewards points they wiped out. They keep saying system upgrade and points will be back, but never did. I was shopping there last 15 years. Never able to redeemed any points. Most items recently they increased way higher than other Indian grocery stores. For example India Bazar Iodized salt price $2.29 At Patel Brothers price is $1.49 Think twice going at that location, how much you giving way because of their dishonesty.

Panipuri served and made by Shristi is so good over here. It tastes so authentic and the flavor reminds me of back home. She is so sweet and always friendly. I hope India Bazaar continues serving our Nepali dishes and hope Shristi, along with her team expand the Nepalese dishes served over there. I’m sure India bazaar gets more customers while they’re there to devour Shristi and her team’s Panipuri and Chatpate.
I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The cashier did not scan items correctly! The green peas were on sale for $2.99 but I was charged $4.99 until I pointed it out. When the correction was being handled, the staff spoke to each other in another language and were laughing, which made me feel uncomfortable. After I got home, I also noticed I was overcharged for mint leaves. They were 3 for $1, but I was charged $0.50 each for two bunches. I usually shop here without any issues, but this experience felt unprofessional and upsetting. I hope the store improves accuracy at checkout and maintains respectful communication with customers.
