Indochino is the place to go for custom suits! I've never had one and my first experience was amazing! This was largely in part to Jessica. If you go to the store by Lenox in Atlanta, ask for Jessica. She is the best! Great listener, amazing opinions, with top notch personality and customer service. Ill definitely be back!
I bought a suit here and the first time I ironed it, the fabric developed multiple burn holes. I’ve worn suits for over 20 years and have never seen material react like this to normal ironing. When I brought it in, the store refused to take any accountability. Instead, they wanted to charge me $350 just to replace the pants on a $500 suit. Charging 70% of the original cost to fix a quality issue is absurd. No discount, no effort to help, and zero interest in keeping a repeat customer. The lady at the store was completely dismissive, like losing business didn't matter at all. It’s a shame because the fit was good, but between the fabric and the terrible customer care, I’m done. Take your money somewhere that actually values its customers.
Jess and team definitely looked out when it came to help designing our groom/groommen suits and maintaining our individual styles and preferences. Most of our party lived over 2 hrs away and the team definitely helped accommodate with our schedules. The team was friendly and helpful and we felt like we knew them for years. Amazing! Carmen was awesome, patient, kind and friendly. This is my first experience with getting a tailored suit and my gosh, I had a wonderful time. Everyone seemed so friendly here and very professional. Before I knew it, two hours flew by and that’s considering I am a pretty simple guy. I really had awesome experience. Will definitely be back in the future.
I’m redoing this review because it’s warranted; This was a one of a kind experience is worth your time and worth every penny spent. The level of detail taken in every measurement, in every part of the suit down to the stitching, the button holes, the button colors and much is a choice given at no additional price. As I explained the suit to my wife she got so excited to see me in it and I can’t wait to show it to her. I’m convinced it’s the best suit I’ve ever purchased and will be where I buy every suit from now on.
