I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I purchased naan that was expired and no longer good, which is something that should never be sold to customers. Finding expired food products on the shelves raises serious concerns about inventory management and quality control. When I brought the issue to their attention, the response was not helpful, and there seemed to be little concern for resolving the problem. To make matters worse, it was difficult to find a way to speak with customer service or someone who could properly address my complaint. Customers should be able to trust that the food they purchase is fresh and safe to consume. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below that expectation. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store and would encourage others to shop elsewhere until these issues are addressed.

Had a wonderful dining experience at IndoPak Supermarket & Cafe for the last 3+ years. Madhu at the front desk is always caring, customer-oriented, and happy to serve customers with a warm smile. She makes every visit welcoming and pleasant. Great food, excellent service, and a friendly atmosphere every time!

I love this place! Been coming here for authentic Pakistani type cuisine. The food is so flavorful. My favorites are the biriyani and haleem. If I’m in the area, I would go here to meet my cravings. And for all my friends who love Indian food, I recommend this place for them to try. It’s kind of a hole in the wall vibes. It’s in the Indian/Pakistan market. Also great for those who are looking for halal goods. Everyone there is so nice and respectful. Most of it if self service for the market itself and for the food, you would order up front at the restaurant. 11/10 recommend. Check this place out for some flavorful Indian and Pakistani food. Till then, let’s eat!

They really need to work on how their staff communicates and behaves, especially those working at the front desk. I noticed there are many similar complaints about the front desk staff, particularly some of the women. Customer service should always be respectful and professional. I hope you address this issue before it leads to bigger problems. Thank you.
