Customers mention the massage itself as the central service, with one reviewer praising a therapist’s ability to apply pressure that helped relax tired muscles. Another described a visit after a rough day and singled out Niki for a great massage. These are individual experiences rather than a guarantee of a particular technique or result, but they give prospective visitors a sense of what some guests appreciated: attentive pressure, a calming break, and personable service. If you have preferences or areas of tension you would like addressed, sharing them with the staff before your massage can help clarify what you are looking for.

The atmosphere is described in reviews as clean and pleasant, with friendly and professional staff. Several customers appreciated feeling respected and comfortable during their visit. Feedback is not uniformly positive: one reviewer felt that a particular massage did not meet expectations, and another said the business needed more staff, while also praising the women working there. This mixed feedback is useful context when choosing a massage therapist. Infinity Massage has a listed rating of 3.8 from 13 reviews, reflecting a range of customer experiences rather than a single consensus. As with any local service, your experience may depend on the therapist and the type of pressure or care you prefer.

Infinity Massage is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. until midnight, according to its listed hours. That broad schedule may be convenient for people hoping to visit after work or later in the evening, though it is sensible to confirm current availability and staffing before making a trip. Its Bustleton Avenue location makes it an option for Philadelphia residents and visitors nearby who want an in-person massage in a friendly, clean environment. Whether you are looking to decompress after a long day or simply want time to relax, the reviews point to a practical neighborhood massage service with both positive experiences and some differing opinions to consider.
