The listing has a 4.8-star rating from 52 reviews, offering a useful snapshot of customer feedback for those researching insurance agencies in Oklahoma City.

Auto insurance is a clear part of the customer experience described in reviews. One customer says Liz regularly shops their policy, checks whether updated information may qualify them for discounts, compares different companies, and verifies that their auto history is correct. That customer reports saving about $50 per month after having the policy shopped. This account illustrates why it can be valuable to revisit insurance details over time rather than assuming the current policy remains the best fit. Savings and eligibility vary, so customers can discuss their own circumstances directly with the agency.

Other reviewers describe receiving knowledgeable, professional help finding cost-effective coverage suited to their needs. Customers also mention staff members who took time to help when they felt discouraged, as well as an agent praised for caring about clients and offering practical advice. These are individual experiences rather than guarantees, but they suggest that people who value conversation and guidance may appreciate reaching out to discuss their questions. If you are comparing options, you can ask what information is needed to review your situation and what choices may be available.

The office is at 1010 NW 45th St in Oklahoma City, making it a local point of contact for residents seeking insurance assistance in the area. Inszone Insurance Services is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday. Calling or contacting the office during business hours is a sensible way to confirm current availability and ask about the kind of help you need. Since insurance needs differ from person to person, bringing your existing policy details and questions can help make a conversation more useful.

For Oklahoma City residents looking for an insurance agency with customer feedback that highlights policy shopping, careful review of personal information, and attentive service, Inszone Insurance Services is worth considering. The reviews emphasize practical support more than a one-size-fits-all promise: customers describe discussing their needs, exploring possible options, and seeking coverage at a manageable price. Whether you are reviewing auto insurance or simply beginning to compare agencies, use the conversation to clarify what is covered, what may affect pricing, and which next steps make sense for you. That can help you make an informed decision based on your own needs.

Liz is constantly shopping my auto insurance to get me the very best deals. This includes updating my information to see if I qualify for certain discounts, looking at different companies, and making sure my auto history is correct. I saved about $50 per month when I had her shop auto insurance for me, and I have more coverage than I did before she was my agent. She is extremely knowledgeable and she is the person I trust most for insurance advice. I highly recommend using LW Insurance Services, because they truly care about your well-being and your experience.

I used LW insurance for years. All of a sudden this agent that used to help me get the best deals each year named Amanda Evans wasn’t working there anymore and I started working with Jackie or Jennifer (I forget their name) who were rarely ever available to talk to. Amanda used to call me a week before my auto insurance was set to renew to get my insurance renewed and discuss possible changes. But when I worked with this new lady I could never get her on the phone when I would call to see if I can get a better deal 3 days before my insurance was set to auto-renew since it had gone up to $100 more. Jackie said it was best to stick with the same provider since it was the lowest out there. I didn’t have time to investigate so I trusted her and singed up for another 6 months. Fast forward to this year where now I needed home insurance (I’m a first time home buyer) and auto insurance and I needed a better deal for my auto insurance since the price went up $200 more. Note: I had not had any accidents or tickets throughout the year. So I call them and can’t get Jackie on the phone so I finally ask to speak to a manager and he tells me he will see if there’s a better rate. Jeff tells me LW recently merged with another company (The Loft Insurance) and that they now had a larger database to look through. He calls me back and tells me that it would be better to stick with the same provider and gives me the best price out there for home insurance for a 12 month period - $3,820 DOLLARS. Even with the bundle… as I discuss this with one of my coworkers, she tells me I need to call other insurance company’s myself to see what’s out there. I called State Farm first and already they gave a better deal that was 1,000 and some change less and I decide to call one more insurance (Allstate) and they had given me an even better deal! Before I went and researched myself, Jeff had the nerve to tell me that he was going to keep looking to see if he could find a better deal because he has daughters and he didn’t want me to be house poor as a first time home buyer and proceeds to say that was the best he could find after checking a second time. I’m not sure what’s going on. Idk If these ppl are commission based or what but I encourage anyone who sees this post to call other insurances yourself and do your research to get the best deal for you. The way the market is right now and companies not fairly compensating their employees accordingly there’s not enough not room to get financially screwed over especially by insurance!

Scarlett is awesome and all the ladies up there are nothing short of awesome. I was discouraged and ready to give up. I spoke with millions of agents and Scarlett is who I should have spoken to first! She went above and beyond to help me …

I've had the best experience with Amanda and Scarlett. They are both very knowledgeable and professional. Helped me find the best, most cost-effective coverage for my needs. Put my former insurance agent way in the shade. I highly recommend!
