Overall would not return. I went to get a pair of jeans and a long wedding guest dress hemmed for length. They charged $25 for the jeans and $35 for the dress. No rush asked for so they said it would be done in 5 days. The next day I got a text saying my items were ready to be picked up. When I picked up my items there was a small wait. While I was waiting they hung up my items on a clothing rack for me to grab when the dressing room was ready. It was then that I realized there was problems with my alterations. The fancy long dress hem was very wavy in nature. They just did a really sloppy job overall. It should have been an invisible hem however from the photos you can clearly see it isn’t…. I paid for a professional service to do their due diligence and make it look professionally done… I could have don’t this lol. Jeans were altered fine from the outside just inside you can tell it was a quick job that they did not spend time to perfect, which is evidence by the uncut seem on one leg and cut seem on the other leg. Jeans are pretty easy to hem so surprising that they want to charge $25 and can’t double check their work… Overall the price was comparable to other alteration places. People in the shop were friendly enough. Service was fast. Unfortunately, they just did a really lazy, terrible job for their alterations. As the only reason I was there was for professional alterations, I will NOT be returning.

Went in because my wedding dress didn’t fit me and they were able to get it done on time and did such a good job you can’t even tell it was fixed. Such a smooth experience, I definitely recommend this place!

I’m totally Impressed‼️The owner of the Irving Alterations-Really nice Human Being. Everyone that worked with me Had compassion and patience. The alterations are affordable but most of done right the First Time. The atmosphere is Family Friendly so no need to leave the kids at home. Now I can tell all My Friends “My Tailor is Better Than Yours. I am coming back and recommend that if you need your clothing altered this is the place to Visit. Job Well Done. I fully recommend this tailor, he did such a great job on my leather jacket and leather pants. I actually got turned down for these garments at 3 other tailors, so I was so happy I found this place. I had the jacket shortened and the sleeves slimmed down. I also had the pants opened up at the bottom. The tailor did top notch work at a great price. Thank you!
