I have had lots of pants altered over quite a few years. The lady was greeted me with a smile and was very curtious during the measurements. Got them on the date promised. This is why ive been coming back over the years. Great service
I was in need of a quick alteration and called to see if I was able to stop by. She asked me if I’ve been there before and I stated it would be my first time. She then said she was busy and hung up on me. Just a bummer since this place is so close to me and I was ready to give them my business as it is a smaller shop!
I got a suit for work altered. They told me the price was $55 and to bring cash. I brought $60 in cash for them to tell me it’s actually $75. That they didn’t add some extra alteration charge. Even if this was the case they could've called or sent a message about the mix up. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always something. Won’t be back.
Completely horrible experience. I walked in before they were to close to ask about pricing on an item and the lady working said she couldn't help me and rushed me out of her store. I walked out stunned; like what just happened? I went in to ask for pricing. Will never go back there or recommend to anyone
Love this place. Had a dozen dresses that needed some fixing and a few needed the next day for a wedding as Im super last minute. They were able to get the 3 dresses I needed the next day for the wedding and the rest 3 days after and it fitted perfectly. Was a bit confusing as the sign shows VO Alteration but VN alterations is the same store.
