We had a highly unusual property to sell, to say the least, and from the beginning we knew it was going to require more than simply putting up a listing and waiting for a buyer. That familiarity turned out to be very valuable. She understood both what made the property extraordinary and some of the very real difficulties involved in selling it. What I appreciated most about Holly was her balance. She was aggressive when she needed to be and always worked toward getting us the best possible price, but she was also realistic about the property's weaknesses and the limitations of the market. She didn't just tell us what she thought we wanted to hear. IS was also a considerable help throughout the process, particularly in keeping the property visible and presenting it well to a very unusual market. This was not a quick or easy sale, and there were plenty of complications along the way. IS Luxury & Holly stayed with it through the entire process, right through closing. We were very pleased with their work and with the final result, and I would certainly recommend them highly.
