About

Itea Boba & Dessert is listed on FindALoco in Las Vegas, NV with address, phone, website, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Tea House.

Itea Boba & Dessert is a tea house in Las Vegas, Nevada, serving boba drinks, tea, slushies, and desserts at 1350 E Flamingo Rd #15b, Las Vegas, NV 89119. It is a neighborhood option for a drink break, a casual meet-up, or a change of scenery while studying. Customer feedback highlights mango sago as a favorite, alongside Thai tea, flavored green tea, and a vanilla latte. The menu appeal is its mix of tea-house drinks and dessert-style choices, so guests can look for something fruity, creamy, or familiar depending on what they feel like ordering.

Mango sago stands out in customer reviews as a drink people return for, while Thai tea is another recognizable choice. One customer also enjoyed strawberry pineapple green tea, and another ordered a vanilla latte, noting that they would have preferred a stronger coffee flavor. Reviews mention slushies as well, although experiences and preferences differ. These specific comments offer a useful picture of the range: Itea can suit someone in the mood for a sweet, fruit-forward drink as readily as someone looking for a tea or latte. Since customers may have different expectations for sweetness, flavor strength, and freshness, checking the menu and asking the staff about a drink can help you choose what fits your taste.

The shop is described by one reviewer as a cute place to study, making it a possible stop for students or anyone hoping to enjoy a drink while spending time outside home. Other feedback describes the interior as small and says it can feel warm or crowded when many people are there. Service comments are mixed, too: some guests share positive experiences, while others describe a disappointing visit. That range is worth keeping in mind rather than assuming every visit will be the same. If you prefer a quieter setting or need a spacious place to sit, consider that the available customer feedback portrays Itea as a compact spot, especially during busy periods.

Itea Boba & Dessert is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., giving Las Vegas visitors and locals a consistent window to stop by throughout the week. Its listed rating is 4.5 from 347 reviews, alongside individual opinions that vary on service, the room, and particular drinks. For a first visit, mango sago is a review-backed starting point; Thai tea, green tea, slushies, and the vanilla latte offer other directions depending on your preferences. Whether you are meeting someone casually, taking a study break, or looking for a sweet drink near East Flamingo Road, this tea house offers a focused boba-and-dessert stop with customer experiences that are best read as varied rather than one-size-fits-all.

I've been going to Itea for 1-2 years and it's the first time today that I had a horrible customer service. I came in at 3:40 p.m. I said hi and I nicely asked for a teaspoon sample of the thai awesome (thai tea) since last time I was there, it was watered down. The Hispanic employee said she has to message her manager first. I explained that I didn't have time to come back that time since I was headed for work and I've been going there for 1.5 years; sometimes, the thai tea is watered down. She gave me the teaspoon sample that I asked for. I smiled and I said I'm glad it's back to normal taste. I ordered two large thai teas, one with no ice and one with light ice. I said thank you with a smile when she gave my drinks, but she didn't say anything with a blank expression. I took a picture right away of the two drinks after she gave me my order. I asked for a small, empty cup. The one on the right of the picture tasted sweet like normal, but the one on the left, tasted like it's watered down and less sweet. I asked if she added milk to both of them, she said yes. She said it might be the ice that caused it to seem watered down. I doubt it since I tried it in 1 minute after she gave me my order. I asked if I can get the one that is watered down to be remade, or at least half of it. She said she'll text her manager. 1 Filipina customer came in, she was very friendly with her while they talked about the BTS band members since BTS music was playing in iTea then she served her drinks. I sat waiting on the chair of the table near the front. I checked what she was doing. She washed containers on the back, then she was mixing products for their baked products, while 20 minutes passed by without her checking the phone behind the counter. I stood by the front counter for like 3 minutes and she was clearly ignoring me. When she came out, I asked if she got a text, she checked the phone, she said no, then she went back inside. After 10 more minutes of me waiting sitting down, she went to the front. I said I've been here since 3:44 p.m. (my receipt said 3:44 p.m. and it said 4:14 p.m. on my clock), and I haven't eaten lunch yet, can she call her manager instead? She tried calling and there was no answer. She made a new thai tea in just 10 seconds. She gave it to me and I said thank you again with a smile. Like before, she didn't say anything and with no expression on her face. I'm not sure if she purposely made me wait 30 minutes or if she was nervous. The phrase "sorry for the wait" would have prevented this review. The Hispanic employee clearly needs to be retrained on proper customer service and how to handle complaints. I feel bad that she will not know what to do when a rude customer arrives with a similar issue and she will make things worse by staying on the back. 1 year ago, I said the same thing that last time I was there that the two thai teas were watered down. The nice Asian lady with a smile said sorry for the inconvenience, she wants more customers to visit Itea so she immediately gave me two free thai teas with no charge. I said she didn't have to. I had my credit card ready at the time. I said thank you very much, they have the best thai teas and mango smoothies in Las Vegas, and I will tell my co-workers to check out their great tasting drinks (which I did). +2 stars because of their delicious drinks and for the kind Asian lady with eyeglasses, but I haven't seen her there for months. Thank you for listening.

Great service, cute place to study. My favorite drink was the mango sago. I did get a vanilla latte too but I wish it had more of the coffee taste but overall it was also good. 1000/10 recommend this place !

I had high hopes for this boba and dessert spot, but honestly, I left happy. The place is tiny, and with how many people were there, it felt way too warm inside. It was almost comfortable just waiting for my order. Definitely the kind of …

I used to go to this place a lot with all my family and after coming back from some time in mexico I found out they have new owners, the place looks nice and seems like they invested money in “corny things” like butterfly cup holders, more butterflies around etc to make it more “fancy” but one thing is the place looking nice and another things one how bad the product really is. 😣 I came back to this place without knowing about new owners and once inside noticed to start off the lack of customer service skills, the hi is something you can barely hear, the previos owner was such a caring and kind person that you felt welcome before she even said hi, then a whole new menu where you chose you flavor just to be told they don’t have it or they only make it on té 😟, the girl making the slush seems to be a very greedy person and reason for me to say this is because she barely added any milk to the slush, causing herself a lot struggle with the blender not being able to blend a thing and she had to shacking it manually 😒. Once they gave us our slush I noticed they were hard like rock unable to get a single drop out of that cup with the straw! I understand they might be young or trying to make as much money with a lower budget but if you gonna own a place I believe customer service skills are very important and make sure your product at least make your customers want to come back instead of going somewhere else for better options. Hope they see this and care a little bit more.

A very underwhelming spot for tea/slushies. Pricing was generally fair, but they use syrups for all of their drinks instead of fresh ingredients. The strawberry pineapple green tea was good, but could have easily come out of a can. The …
