I wasnt going to write this bad review because Sarah was very nice and tried to fix my hair. If I go back to her I will change it, but I have to write about my experience with Sage. I take responsibility for the fact that her haircuts are 45. That should have been the first red flag. But I figured I was just going in for a simple trim up with light layers and blending. Firstly, her hands shake the entire time, so figure that one out. 3rd red flag is she didn't double wash my hair. That's a basic thing. When the haircut wasn't going as planned I checked in and expressed my concern, she brushed me off like some typical hairstylist, dismissing my concerns and getting upset because apparently she knows more than me about my hair and what I want. I did end up stopping the haircut because it was coming out so bad and she was cutting off way more than what I wanted. Then had the audacity to try and charge me. She flat out ignored the fact that my hair was shorter on one side so I said let's get a second opinion. Sarah to the rescue. She did listen to me and acknowledge my concerns. She offered to fix it for free. Mind you during this consult Sage stands behind me glaring and speaking with an attitude. I didn't want her anywhere near me and asked her to leave. She was especially stubborn and said she has a right to learn what she did wrong AFTER Sarah said she would discuss it with her later. She has a very bad attitude and doesn't care if she makes people uncomfortable because it's all about her wants and needs. The exact opposite of what you want from a stylist. I was always professional with her, assertive, yet professional. Sage needs to really work on her communication skills and technical skills. I would return and let Sarah do my hair but honestly I probably wont because Sage is so aggressive and makes me uncomfortable. Sarah attempted to fix my hair but it's too far gone. Guess I'll just have to wait a year...

I’ve been going to Sage Maya for about a year and she is the best hairstylist I’ve found! She makes sure I get exactly what I want every time and is very personal talking to. I have now referred my brother for haircuts and a family friend for her highlights! They are both very impressed and will definitely be returning back to her!

Sage is a ROCKSTAR ⭐️!!She’s exceptionally talented and I feel lucky to have found her. She is very patient and kind. She really listens to what I’m asking for. I have not always been able to get the results I’ve been looking for with previous stylist and Sage amazingly has been able to give me the color and cut I’m looking for. Her prices are also the most reasonable I’ve ever paid so that’s a bonus too. I highly recommend her.

Sarah is amazing! I’m picky because pre-Sarah, my hair hasn’t always been cut well, but Sarah understands it and makes it look phenomenal. She has always delivered exactly what I am wanting; whether it’s natural-looking highlights or chopping off to a long bob, in Sarah’s chair I can trust I will always walk out looking and feeling bonita! I’ve never felt rushed, judged, or neglected because she doesn’t juggle multiple clients in the same appointment time. Sarah has got a warm, cheery, and peaceful vibe, probably because her talent speaks for itself. Booking is easily done online and her pricing is more than fair, especially as she removed tipping so there are no surprises. Parking around the salon is free and the space itself is industrial chic with gorgeous natural lighting. Seeing Quinn is an added bonus!

Carla did an amazing job on my hair & far exceeded my expectations! I also learned a lot about how to better care for my hair in the future. Glad she is so knowledgeable about curly hair! Thank you. I will be back & I highly recommend her to anyone.
