I have been to them about six times and they really do an excellent job on manicures and tips. The guy that did my nails today he did them wonderfully they are beautiful The only thing is is he did dip on me and I wanted like regular acrylics just wear he can put the paint on them but I think we had a big misunderstanding. But that's okay because it was only $48 without a tip. I gave him a good tip. I mean the people there are really really good.

I can’t say enough great things about Ivy Nails & Spa! This was my very first visit, and I honestly wish I had found them sooner. I’ve lived in Plano for over 20 years, and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I got a long acrylic almond set for only $65, and the quality exceeded my expectations. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail was amazing. The part that truly made this experience unforgettable was the customer service. I had to bring my toddler with me, and every single employee was so kind, patient, and welcoming to both of us. They treated my daughter with so much kindness and understanding, which made me feel completely comfortable and stress-free. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service like this at any nail salon before. You can truly tell they care about their customers and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Because of this experience, Ivy Nails & Spa has officially become my new home salon. I can’t wait to come back, continue supporting their business, and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all for such an amazing experience!

I went in for a pedicure, and was serviced right away. The staff was great and so friendly. I got offered a drink before I had to sit down, and had the chance to choose what I wanted. Joey was great, and nice. My pedicure was done perfect with the gel color I wanted and done quickly. Definitely recommend for others!

Absolutely love this nail salon! The staff is friendly, the space is clean and relaxing, and my nails always turn out perfect. They pay great attention to detail and make sure I’m happy with the results. I also always enjoy the music they have playing—it makes the whole experience even more fun and relaxing. I visited Ivy's Nail and Lash today and had a very disappointing experience. The gel manicure was done at a beginner level - the polish was smeared on the skin, uneven, and without proper finishing around the edges. The pedicure was also poorly done and unprofessional. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.
