⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at J’ADORE NAIL BOUTIQUE! I came in for a manicure and pedicure while visiting Charlotte for a little mini vacation, and I thought I deserved some much-needed pampering and they did not disappoint! Both ladies who worked with me were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. I really enjoyed the pleasant conversation and the overall atmosphere. They made me feel comfortable, cared for, and truly pampered from start to finish. My manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully, and I left feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy the rest of my vacation! If you’re in Charlotte and looking for a place to treat yourself, I absolutely recommend J’ADORE NAIL BOUTIQUE. I would definitely come back! ❤️

Every time I go to Jadore, it’s been a pleasant experience! The atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable. I love the selection of drinks they offer too. Louie has been doing my nails and he is GREAT! Very professional and does an awesome job. Thanks to the staff for always delivering great service! I’m a loyal customer.

Myself and my daughter had the best experience today! We just flew in from Tampa and called and were able to get appointments. We got a mani/pedi and I am pretty sure this was the best nail salon experience of my life!! The greeting was so warm and welcoming. They handed us a menu and we were able to pick out some fun drinks. The massage with the pedicure was 10/10. I highly recommend this place!!!

I really enjoyed our service. The woman at the front desk was very personable and got my friend and I seated right away. The design on my fingernails was perfectly matched to the picture I provided. The pedicures were amazing as well, the woman who did them was incredibly funny and kind and I really enjoyed her service. The only thing I want to make sure you correct is how customers are spoken to when paying for their services. A woman at the front was checking us out when I asked how much did I owe. She looked at me, didn’t answer my question, and asked “Was everything okay?” I had to ask her what she meant by that because the way she was asking felt like she was insinuating that I wasn’t going to pay the full amount. She then asked if the services were okay and I looked at her confused because I was just asking how much I owed. I let her know all the services were just fine. She then told me the amount and I didn’t hear her so I asked if she could repeat herself. She then cocked her head to the side, smiled in a condescending way, and said LOUDLY, “210!” I don’t appreciate the way it came off like she was assuming I couldn’t pay that amount. I made my payment in cash. And made sure to get my receipt. Next time, be kinder to the customers. It’s not that hard.

Q did my nails and they turned out better than the picture I showed her and my nails feel amazing after! Amazing amazing service! And super affordable! This place is my go to now!
