They explained all of the work they wanted to do on the car before they did it and quoted me the realistic out the door price before doing any work, I appreciate that very much. And their price was of course so much better than trying to go to the dealership
I can’t say enough great things about J&K Automotive! From the moment I walked in, Keith had me laughing—such a great personality—and Ken couldn’t have been kinder. They were more than fair & generous with pricing. The lobby is hands-down the coolest with license plates from everywhere, super comfortable and full of personality. On top of all that, it turns out the owner volunteers for Santana National Little League, which just shows how much they care about our community. They got my air conditioning running perfectly again. If you’re looking for honest, friendly, and top-notch service, J&K Automotive is the place to go!

Honest mechanics worth their weight in gold. These guys are great and I trust them completely. They worked on my Honda Accord for it's 100,000 mile servicing and while a bit pricey, it was much less than the dealership (stealership). Then my wife's air-conditioning went out in her car. We had no idea what it was and feared the worst. It turned out it was just a relay switch and cost us under $100. Not knowing that much about cars, the fact is, they could have told us anything and we would have had no choice but to believe them. They've earned my trust and I won't bring our cars anywhere else. Period. I'm not the only one because they stay super busy. So I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment. Edit 4-30-25. Just had my car serviced. Once again, excellent, honest service. I thought I needed something that would have been fairly pricey. They checked over my car and said it was not needed at this time. Then they did my full servicing. Honest, excellent technicians.
