Jade Real Estate- Lauren Wilson

Lauren was the absolute best realtor I've ever used, by far. She was so involved in the entire process as if it were her own home purchase. Great communication, very resourceful, very attentive, just overall fantastic. I would choose her as my realtor over and over! She jumped through hoops to do everything I needed, regardless of what she had going on in her personal life.

Best realtor I have ever worked with! She was quick to answer any questions I had, down to earth and professional! She made the process of buying a home smooth and stress free. If you need a realtor Lauren is second to none!

I had an amazing experience working with Lauren Wilson during my recent condo purchase. As a first-time home buyer, I really valued her prompt responses, positive attitude, and, most importantly, her resourcefulness in getting deals done. When I ran into delays with a lender, she quickly pivoted and connected me with someone she trusted and helped me secure financing so I could close on my home. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive realtor!

Lauren is a delight to work with. She is very Knowledgeable, Helpful, And realistic in the expectations of selling. I would recommend her to anyone I know!!!!! She is the best of the best!!!!

WOWWWWWWW I never even read Lauren's reviews, because I was able to trust her from the beginning...ahaha and here we are 6 years later! She helped me search high and low, all around Colorado for the perfect property and didn't ever make me feel like a terrible person for not making an offer and even had the most incredible patience during our nearly 3 month closing process! She is absolutely the most kind, loyal and steadfast real estate agent out there. I feel so lucky that I was introduced to her years ago. In the beginning she would just check in every once in the while. I was loosely looking for my "dream property," but it was still evolving in my dreams haha, so of course it took a while to find. Last week, we closed on my dream property in Bailey, Colorado. The one county we could find that would allow us to build the type of structure and also be close enough to Denver, etc. Anyway, I could go on and on about how incredible Lauren is to work with. Happy to speak to anyone about her. She will keep tabs on the timelines, ask all the questions and find all the answers, vouch for you when the other agent is a dick, and just continue to show up. You wouldn't even know she is a human outside of working with her-- and she is such a beautiful human! I'm so happy to see that the experience I've shared with her is across the board. I don't know how she does it!! Seriously the BEST agent you'll ever work with. I am so grateful to have had her by my side through this whole ride. Thank you so much Lauren! I wish the world was full of people who were so passionate and engaged and responsible and loving. Wow, so much love!
