Hoping the ownership sees this, as I truly appreciate what they’ve created here. The quality of the products throughout the market is superb—excellent selection, well organized, and consistently well stocked. The sandwich menu is also thoughtfully curated, with real variety and creativity. That said, today’s experience was surprisingly disappointing. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich, and the bread was noticeably stale, while the chicken was cold and bland. Unfortunately, it fell below the quality of even a typical pre-made grocery store sandwich, which was unexpected given the standards this market otherwise upholds. This feels like a quality control issue rather than an intentional choice, and I assume management may not be aware. Given how much a sandwich relies on the freshness of its ingredients—especially the BREAD—I’d encourage closer QC review in this area. I hope this was an anomaly, as the rest of the market clearly strives for excellence.

Be very careful ordering from this deli. I found a piece of glass in my burrito last weekend. While accidents happen, ignoring a customer who calls multiple times to report a broken glass hazard is unacceptable. Manager Richard ignored our messages all week. Very poor regard for safety and customer service.

I love Jayde's Market for its variety, quality, and service. The market has everything I need, from fresh produce, meat, cheese, and bakery items to wine, flowers, and gifts. The café has a delicious menu of sandwiches, salads, soups, and burgers, as well as coffee, tea, smoothies, and pastries. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The store is clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Jayde's Market is my go-to place for grocery shopping, dining, and treating myself. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great market experience.

Bought ground beef here and it was totally spoiled and smelly when I opened it. Several times the produce has had bugs or been rotten when I got home to cook with it. The place has definitely gone downhill. If you have to get groceries here despite the crazy prices make sure to inspect them closely before putting in your cart! Edit: I did call in that very day and reported the spoiled meat to the manager, who apologized and offered to replace it but I was already cooking the rest of dinner. We also separately complained about repeatedly finding rot or bugs and produce and got a refund processed on our zucchinis, so these issue were definitely brought to the stores attention
