I thought we were going to have a lot of trouble looking for a new place to live with the short amount of time we had, but Jennifer changed that. She found a house for my wife and my baby on the way. We couldn't be happier and she was keeping us updated constantly when we were looking and helping us through the process. Like any busy woman who juggles between full-time work and being a mom our free time is spread thin. I can’t thank Jen enough for making the process of looking for a home so easy. She responded promptly when I initially reached out looking for a home. She sent me list of houses matching exactly the criteria I asked for and in the zip codes I needed. Jen was readily available to meet me for viewings even last minute. She was polite and professional at all times. She never made me feel like I was a burden or wasting her time. Most of all she never made me feel pressured. When I was all out of options given my situation she found me a private owner. She had me set up quickly and within days I was all set in a home I love! Jen also has set me up for long term referring me to a trusted contact who will help me with an effective plan to purchase a home at the end of this lease where I no longer have to drop wasted money on rent deposits or be forced to unexpectedly move every couple of years! Point blank Jen is amazing I’d refer to all my friends and family for outstanding work and great communication. In fact she was referred to me from a family friend who used her as well.

My husband and I have worked with Jennifer to get some tenants for a rentals, and she has been our listing agent for some time now. She's a great agent to have on your side, she advocates for you, she's with you every step of the way, and she's always available. I'm not sure how she does it but she manages to be there for everybody at all times of day. Most importantly I feel that she works with you on a personal level rather than a feeling like a transaction. We are lucky to have met her, and I would recommend her to anybody!

Jennifer was such a huge help throughout the entire process. Very knowledgeable and incredibly patient with me and my family, especially since we had a lot of questions (and I definitely asked some more than once). She always took the time to explain everything and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. This was an investment property she assisted with, and we had been told by others that we wouldn’t be able to sell or lease it for the price we wanted but she made it happen. That alone says a lot about her experience and dedication. She’s also very kind and kept communication clear and consistent the whole time, which made everything so much less stressful. We truly appreciate everything she did for us and would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

When I saw her name, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. When I say she exceeded my expectations far beyond what I could even imagine that would be a light understatement. Jennifer‘s due diligence and never quit attitude is something I admire. I was going to turn away from my house, but she encouraged me to keep going. Very informational I swear I could text her at like 9 o’clock at night 10 o’clock at night on a weekday and she would answer back like super quick it blew my mind. Sometimes I was like does she have her phone glued to her hand so when you want somebody that’s got your back and that’s always going to make Best decision based upon you you couldn’t ask for anything else trust me. I stated in another review I don’t trust a lot of folks but when somebody works as hard as Jennifer did for me, it almost made me feel like I was dealing with family. We didn’t feel like complete strangers. She never kept me out of the loop about anything the most open and honest person in the game. Thanks to her. My family is enjoying a house. We never even thought about. Not because we didn’t want to think about it, but we didn’t think that it was our type of house and Jennifer built a confidence up with us to where we started to breathe and believe that wow we should be in this neighborhood. We can’t afford this house with that type of power in mindset can’t lose thank you Jennifer for everything your patience. You’re understanding your dedication your hard work never quit attitude and above all putting my family first.
