I had a 2.5 hour cut plus root touchup, and the time flew by. I never felt bored or rushed. What really stood out was how careful and thoughtful she is. She did two full rounds of cutting, both before and after coloring, and took extra time to make sure my root touchup blended perfectly with my existing color from a previous salon.
