Being on the lending side of things I get to interact with the agents on a different level than the direct clients. Jenny approached everything with the question "is this the best for all parties involved" and it was such a great change from another transaction I had going on at the same time. Jenny's attention to details showed up several times including advising her sellers of the potential items that an appraiser may asked to be taken care of. Being proactive like this is not the norm but it saved her clients time and more importantly money in the long run.
