Sign in to reviewI used to love this place back when I lived in Chula Vista, ten years ago. Went on a Sunday with my daughter, it was 2:03 pm, asked for two coffees and the owner responded that she was closed (I guess she closes earlier on Sundays) but she was going to make them anyway with an attitude. I asked no whipped cream and she made both while chatting with another customer. Got the two coffees with extra whipped cream like she gave them to me free. Not going back
I would really like to know why the lady who always works there always seems agitated and acts as though she rather not help. She’s extremely rude and acts annoyed when you ask a question. It’s very confusing. I’ve given her the benefit of the doubt one too many times but today I am happy to say I will NOT be going back. Work on your customer service.
the lady who owns the drive thru is so rude, would not recommend. i've never met someone so impolite. friend of mine repeated her order SEVERAL times and the owner still made the wrong thing. she asked politely to make the order right but she refused until she made it after awhile. extremely condescending, unprofessional, most uncomfortable situation ever.
After driving by here multiple times and thinking it was cute because it’s so small, often thinking “ we should try it “ I finally did. My daughter in law bought me a chai.. OMG!!! IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!! I went back the next day to get another and met Mary, the owner with the best outgoing attitude. All I gotta say is don’t sleep on the small coffee shops! Starbucks is expensive and overrated I’m done…. Better Buzz is good… But Jets is my new go to, mmmm delicious! 😋 🤤 Matter of fact I’m on my way now 🤗
This is my FAVORITE coffee place! It's been here forever, and I love supporting local. Mary, the owner, is such a lovely person and is always friendly and kind. The Mexican mocha is my favorite, and you have to try the whipped cream, Mary makes it herself 💕 The young lady that also works there(I'm so sorry I don't know your name!) Is amazing too. She's super nice and memorized my order, and that means a lot to me. I highly recommend!
