Ramen was amazing. They have good happy hour as well if you like those. Loved the crepes and the matcha ice cream. Staff was attentive and nice (Sorry auto correct corrected her name and now I don’t remember but she was great!) I didn’t stay long and mostly got take out but she was still sweet and helpful. Will come back with coworkers next time. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant that truly set the standard for exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine friendliness. My server took the time to walk me through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and answering every question with patience and enthusiasm. It was clear they were knowledgeable and passionate about both the food and the overall dining experience. What stood out most was the attention to detail. My drink was never empty, courses arrived at just the right pace, and every request—no matter how small—was handled promptly and with a smile. Even when the restaurant became busy, the level of service never dropped. The team worked seamlessly together, creating a smooth and enjoyable atmosphere. In an age where great service can be hard to come by, this experience was a refreshing reminder of how impactful it can be. The staff didn’t just serve food—they created an experience that made me feel appreciated and eager to return. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who values outstanding service as much as great food.

First time here. We ordered the tonkotsu red and black ramen, green tea mochi, hokkaido crepe, and a side of brussel sprouts to-go. The ramen was ok. Our broth definitely was missing flavor and felt overpriced with it mostly being noodles and a little bit of toppings. The side of chili sauce was an absolutely necessary addition and wasn't as spicy as we had hoped for. The "4 pieces" of green tea mochi was just two pieces of mochi ice cream cut in half. The green tea ice cream within them was gritty and didn't have much green tea flavor. The crepe was very tiny, bland and kind of soggy. No flavor to it. I believe it should've had some strawberry sauce on it and a raspberry but we didn't receive that. The matcha ice cream that came with it was very bitter. We ordered an extra side of crispy chicken which was forgotten. The brussel sprouts was pretty basic but good. Service was prompt and friendly. Personally I felt as though this place is a bit overhyped. I prefer Goro Ramen by far.

I'm not sure if JINYA is removing negative reviews, but our experience did not reflect the overwhelmingly positive ratings we saw online. My husband and I made a reservation, but when we arrived, we were simply told, "Oh, your seat is already taken." We were then escorted to another table that still had trash on it. We assumed the hostess might have been new and hoped the rest of the experience would improve. While we were waiting for our food, the same hostess came to clean the table next to us. Rather than properly cleaning it, she quickly wiped food and debris directly onto the floor falling just a foot away from where we were sitting. It was surprising to see such little attention given to cleanliness in the dining area. Despite the poor first impression, we were still hopeful the food would make up for it, especially considering the glowing reviews. Unfortunately, it fell well short of our expectations. Based on our server's recommendation, we ordered the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, French Fries with Truffle Ranch and Spicy Mayo, the Chicken Chashu Bowl, and the Spicy Chicken Ramen. The ramen and the rice bowl were decent, but the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna and the fries were extremely disappointing. The crispy rice consisted of only three small pieces for $10 and didn't offer anything particularly memorable. The fries were so heavily salted that we struggled to eat them, and neither dipping sauce stood out. Overall, we left very disappointed. Between the mishandled reservation, poor cleanliness, and underwhelming food, the experience simply didn't live up to the restaurant's reputation. My husband and I have eaten at many ramen restaurants, and this was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing experiences we've had. We won't be returning.

JINYA Ramen Bar is hands down one of the best ramen spots in OKC! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, modern, and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The ramen was outstanding—rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh, high-quality toppings. Every bite was delicious and well-balanced. The appetizers were just as impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re a ramen lover or trying it for the first time, I highly recommend JINYA. We’ll definitely be coming back!
