JOHN CHI, HK99 Realty LLC

JOHN CHI, HK99 Realty LLC is listed as a real estate agent in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at 2846 St Vincent St, Philadelphia, PA 19149. The available business information identifies its real estate category and Philadelphia location, but does not specify particular property types, neighborhoods served, languages offered, transaction specialties, or signature services. For that reason, prospective clients should confirm directly whether the business can assist with their specific buying, selling, or rental needs before relying on any assumptions. This listing is a starting point for people researching real estate options in Philadelphia, not a substitute for asking questions about an individual transaction.

The listed business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday are shown as closed. The address may be useful to people seeking a local real estate contact in Northeast Philadelphia, though the listing does not describe the office setting or say whether visits are by appointment. If you plan to go in person, consider calling ahead to confirm availability, what documents to bring, and whether someone can meet with you. That can help clarify expectations before you make the trip, especially if you are comparing local real estate agents or have time-sensitive housing questions.

Customer feedback currently shown for JOHN CHI, HK99 Realty LLC is strongly negative: the listing displays a rating of 1 from two reviews. One reviewer describes arriving with paperwork and feeling ignored, and says they could not tell whether the business wanted to rent or sell properties. That reviewer also wondered whether race played a role in the interaction; this is the reviewer’s concern, not an independently verified finding. A second reviewer calls the service poor and rude. These accounts are limited to two reviews, but they are relevant for anyone evaluating communication and customer service. Consider discussing your needs and preferred way to communicate before moving forward.

The listing does not provide named properties, active rental or sale inventory, pricing, client testimonials beyond the two reviews, or details about the agent’s experience and credentials. It also does not identify particular dishes, amenities, or an atmosphere; those details do not apply to the real estate category and are not supplied here. People considering this Philadelphia real estate agent may want to ask which services are currently available, how inquiries are handled, what steps a transaction would involve, and which fees or responsibilities apply. Comparing answers with other local professionals can help you make an informed choice. Verify current hours, services, and availability directly with the business before visiting or making a decision.
