Sign in to reviewI had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. When we were about to line up to check out, the register clearly showed that it was open. However, the cashier told us that she had just closed that register and refused to serve us. We then noticed another register with no customers waiting and walked toward it. The same cashier stopped us and said we were not allowed to use that register because she was going to close it as well, directing us to wait in another line instead. What made the situation even more upsetting was that while we were waiting in the other line, she immediately started checking out other customers at the very register she had told us was closed. Later, when we were looking for a traditional Chinese medicine product, this same employee was the staff member standing closest to that section. When we politely asked for assistance, she refused to help us and told us to find another employee instead. Unfortunately, the employee she directed us to had no idea where the product was located and had to come back and ask her for the information anyway. Throughout the entire visit, we felt that we were intentionally avoided and treated differently from other customers. The inconsistent behavior, refusal to provide assistance, and the way we were repeatedly redirected created an extremely poor shopping experience. It left us feeling unwelcome and questioning whether we were treated this way because of our race. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and fairness. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, reviews what happened, and provides better customer service training to ensure that all customers receive equal treatment.
We really like the fresh fish here. The quality is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. However, we were disappointed during our second visit on July 30, around 5:30 pm. We bought a whole tilapia and asked the younger non Asian male employee to clean it and cut it into fillets. When we got home, we realized there was only one fillet in the package instead of the two fillets that should come from a whole fish. What made it even more concerning was that the package with the fillet also contained the fish head, while the second package contained only the bony pieces. Normally, the fish head would be packed with the bones, not with a fillet. The second fillet was simply missing. We can’t say what happened, but it was disappointing and left us questioning why one fillet was missing when the fish was packaged. We hope management looks into this and ensures customers receive all of the fish they pay for.
Kennedy of Hong Kong Food is so nice . The kitchen was already closed at 5:30pm but he still took our orders . The homemade Rice Roll Shrimps was the best ( no picture 😀 ) . We will definitely go back for the Noodle Beef 😋 …
This is a local favorite food court in Plano areas. Many people came in for lunch with their family. There are a few options to choose from Chinese, Korean and Japanese food with sushi place and boba milk tea. Come by and check it yourself. The price is reasonable. The seat time might be little wait but overall is okay. The food is fresh made and delicious.
This is my goto store for Asian and Sea food. Here I discovered Japanese Yam. Beats any other Yam or sweet potato for flavor AND sweetness. When ripe butter is all that is needed. Skin is like candy. Great vegetable and fruit select. Typical meat department. Fantastic Seafod. In addition to swimming Tilapia, swimming shrimp available. Great selection crab, clam, squid. Fresh frozen fish with clear dark eyes. Usually has striper and black bass. Great Salmon selection at good prices. Large selection of frozen seafood, many prepared. I can find 90%+ of what I want. Staff is friendly but not all speak English.
