K-BEAUTY OUTLET is a cosmetics store at 227 N 10th St, Philadelphia, PA 19107, in the heart of Philadelphia’s Chinatown. The shop brings Korean products into a neighborhood setting, giving local residents and visitors a place to browse skincare in person. For anyone in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania looking for Korean skincare or beauty products, it offers a convenient stop on N 10th Street rather than another online order. Customer feedback highlights a broad selection of Korean items and a welcoming atmosphere for many shoppers.

Skincare is a particular draw. Visitors describe finding a wide range of products for their routines, and one customer who had been looking for Korean skincare in the United States after traveling to South Korea said discovering the store while visiting family in Philadelphia was a welcome surprise. Other shoppers mention good prices and products that keep them coming back for their monthly skincare needs. The available reviews do not identify specific brands or individual products, so it is best to ask in the store about current selection and availability.

The shopping experience is often described as friendly and attentive. Customers have praised staff for being polite, informative, and willing to take time with questions, including a shopper who arrived shortly before closing. That kind of personal assistance can be useful if you are exploring Korean skincare, comparing options, or simply prefer to browse with help nearby. At the same time, customer experiences are not uniform: one reviewer reported feeling overlooked and unwelcome, particularly in comparison with the attention other shoppers received. That feedback is worth keeping in mind, alongside the positive accounts.

K-BEAUTY OUTLET is a practical option for Chinatown neighbors, Philadelphia visitors, and anyone building or replenishing a skincare routine. Its reported mix of Korean products, in-person browsing, and staff guidance may suit first-time explorers as well as shoppers already familiar with Korean beauty. One review also mentions a rewards offer tied to spending $100; check directly with the shop for current program terms, since promotions can change. The store has a 4.7-star rating based on 123 reviews, reflecting a generally positive overall response while individual experiences vary.

The shop is open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., according to the listed hours. Its Chinatown location makes it easy to include in a neighborhood visit, and the consistent schedule offers flexibility for weekday or weekend shopping. If you are looking for a Korean-focused cosmetics store in Philadelphia, K-BEAUTY OUTLET provides an in-person place to explore skincare, ask questions, and see what is currently available. For specific product requests or details about rewards, contact or visit the store before making a special trip.

A store full of Korean products in the middle of Philadelphia's Chinatown, with lots of items we love and super polite, friendly, attentive, and kind saleswomen. I went there on a Sunday afternoon and received excellent service! I loved it. Thank you, ladies, you were fantastic.

To preface this review, my suggestions are offered in kindness and appreciation for the service you offer. I work in retail myself a few blocks away and I stop in here often, not necessarily as my primary option...I get almost all my skincare online from either Amazon or Yesstyle, and you will almost certainly find more competitive prices if you buy from online megashops. The main advantages of a brick and mortar shop like this are the ability to get face to face advice and recommendations, and the instant gratification of being able to buy something in a store instead of having to wait for it to arrive via the mail. I have a very large Asian beauty skincare collection and I would say this store has a decent amount of variety given its limited size. A few notable brands are absent (Dear, Klairs and I'm From immediately spring to mind) but they make up for it by featuring other lesser-known ones. My one suggestion would be this - and I have noticed this comes up in a handful of other reviews as well...the atmosphere of the place can seem a bit cold or, idk awkward?...if there is no one else in the store, the girls behind the counter generally just stare at you while you shop. They will ask you if you need any help, which is nice, but I usually don't (need help), and it does feel a little odd having eyes on you the whole time. I often get the feeling the employee is just waiting for me to leave and so I feel pressured to walk out without buying anything just because I feel so uncomfortable lol. I think this is probably because the shop is so small and so there just isn't much to do other than to sit behind the register, but it might help customers feel more at ease if they felt free to browse at their own pace. I don't think staff are doing anything deliberately or knowingly to unnerve customers, but perhaps they might want to ease up on the sustained, silent eye contact and let folks come to them with questions instead.

I’ve been obsessed with Korean skincare ever since returning from a trip to South Korea, and I’ve been searching for a reliable way to find authentic products here in the U.S. While visiting my daughter in Philadelphia, we discovered K Beauty Outlet—and it truly felt like hitting the jackpot! Ivy provided exceptional service, taking the time to recommend products tailored to each of our individual skincare needs. She was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic, turning my daughter into a K-beauty fan and making both of us loyal customers. The store carries an impressive range of brands, and everything is thoughtfully displayed with clear descriptions of each product’s purpose, ingredients, and how to use it. We loved it so much that we came back two more days in a row! Highly recommend this local gem if you’re looking for authentic K-beauty products and personalized service.

Finally found this place again though Google maps, and my experience from a year ago matches the experiences of other poc. If you're not white or east Asian, they will be very unfriendly and will not help you! The girl at the desk did not help me or ask if I needed help after asking all the white and east Asian people around me. I was there for awhile to Google the products and she just told me I had been there awhile and pretty much told me I had to leave. She made the most disgusted face when I asked for advice. I also wanted to buy makeup as a souvenir for my sister and she told me in could just buy it online instead of spending more time there
