Our first time at this amazing shop and the experience was extraordinary. Ron is an expert clerk who absolutely knows everything about making a man look his best. We walked away with everything from head to toe that my hubby will need for an upcoming special event. And the prices can't be beat. One of the best shopping experiences we've have ever had!
Clothes are okay, but horrible customer service. First time in this store and one of the African-American cashiers with honey blonde, neck length hair, with moles on her face was extremely rude. She didn’t have a name tag and had a terrible attitude, so I didn’t ask. Will not be back or recommend this place because of her.
Customer service was phenomenal. All of the self staff, including the cashiers, very friendly and knowledgeable of the product. What I didn’t like and will not recommend is the alterations there. My nephews suit we bought was done horribly. One sleeve was shorter than the other and the pants were very baggy. Due to timber strains, I was not able to take the suit back to get redone and I had to go elsewhere to get it altered. Do not get your alterations there do them elsewhere, but they have good deals on everything else.
