The shop itself had a nice visual appearance, but unfortunately the professionalism and customer service from the staff did not match the atmosphere. As a first-time customer, my experience was extremely disappointing and disorganized from beginning to end. I came in for a deluxe pedicure and was able to receive the service, but after the pedicure was completed, I was left waiting for approximately 30 minutes just to have polish applied. During that time, I communicated clearly to the technician that I needed to choose a color and wanted to see my options. Instead of acknowledging my request and assisting me, she moved on to another client. I then had to speak with another staff member to explain that I was still waiting for polish and had not even been given the opportunity to select a color. When the issue was addressed, the technician who had worked on part of my pedicure stated that she had already asked me about the color, despite me clearly explaining that I needed to see the color options. This felt dismissive and showed a lack of communication and attention to the customer’s needs. Once I was finally shown the color options, the staff became very pushy about trying to convince me to get gel polish. While I understand recommending additional services, the way it was communicated felt unnecessary and condescending, especially when I was already experiencing delays and a lack of attentiveness. I am an adult and understand how to care for my own pedicure, so being spoken to as if I did not was frustrating and unprofessional. When my polish was finally applied, the service felt rushed and careless. The polish was applied so thinly that my natural nail was clearly visible underneath. When I brought this to their attention and politely asked for another layer, the correction was still done poorly and felt rushed. The topcoat application by another technician only added to the feeling that they were trying to finish quickly and get me out of the chair rather than provide quality service. The experience continued to feel uncomfortable when, at checkout, I was asked to hand over my phone so they could follow their TikTok page. After the level of service and professionalism I had just experienced, I was not comfortable handing my phone over, especially when the person asking was already standing close enough to assist me without needing my device. I was also asked about leaving a tip, which felt inappropriate given the overall experience. Tips are earned through quality service, professionalism, and customer care—not something a customer should feel pressured about after receiving disappointing treatment. Overall, while the shop itself looks nice, the lack of organization, communication, attentiveness, and professionalism made this a very disappointing first experience. I came in expecting a relaxing and enjoyable pedicure and instead left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a professional and positive experience.

’ve been going to this nail shop since I moved to the DFW area and let me tell you, they understood the assignment EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. 💅🏽✨ First of all, the customer service? Top tier. Royal treatment. 10/10. They greet you like family, remember you, and actually care about what you want instead of just freestyl’n your nails into a surprise design you didn’t ask for 😂 And my nails? Always looking GOOD. As they should. Especially since my boyfriend (probably cuz a man can’t keep me)is NOT the one paying for them 🙄 If I’m funding the glam myself, they better be flawless 🤌🏻 and they always are. Shape? Clean. Designs? Ate. Longevity? I’m out here living life stress-free because I know my set is set. And although they’re really known for the amazing work they do keeping us right let’s also talk about the drinks because why are they so fire?? 🍹 I don’t know what magic they’re putting in those cups, but it turns a regular appointment into a whole self-care experience. The recent remodel really put this place to 5 star ⭐️ everything ! If you’re in the DFW area go to Irving (worth the drive) and need a nail shop that’s consistent, professional, and will have you leaving with main-character hands, this is the one. I’m loyal for a reason 💖

Absolutely loved my experience here as a first timer around this shop! I got the white pearl chrome sheer top with shade DND 867 “Perfect Nude” in an almond shape and as a GelX Set. I called ahead to confirm if someone was available, and Don was able to do my manicure. He did a wonderful job with my nails and was able to get my nails done quickly and with such attention to detail. Super sweet and will be back again soon for a fill or new set!

I had such an amazing experience getting my Gel-X manicure with Mia! From start to finish, everything was perfect. She paid so much attention to detail and really took her time to make sure each nail looked flawless. The design turned out even better than I imagined—super clean, creative, and exactly what I wanted. You can tell she truly cares about her work and takes pride in it. My nails feel strong, lightweight, and have held up beautifully. Overall, such a great experience. I’m beyond happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be coming back!

first time here, and it was great. the receptionist is super nice, i didnt get the name of the guy that did my pedicure, but he did so good, he really took his time. Mindy is so sweet, i love her, she did great on my nails. they made sure i liked everything, i most definitely did, and will be returning. not only to get my nails done, but to try some of the other services they offer.
