They’re honest, helpful and artistic. We’ve spent hours together making sure everything is perfect and they always deliver. 10/10 They kept this vintage moose pendant for me for years until I got married. I knew I wanted to use it and they designed exactly what we had envisioned and I wear it everyday.
For my wife's big milestone birthday this year, I wanted a gift that was truly meaningful. I thought of a grandkids birthstone necklace, including a stone for our granddaughter who was born straight into heaven. Instead of getting a standard Etsy piece, Bryan designed this custom necklace to honor our four grandchildren. The central Miraculous Medal reflects our deep devotion to the Blessed Mother, who "stands in the midst" of our grandchildren, interceding for them and watching over them. Bryan is a great listener, and was easy to work with. He was extremely responsive and completed the necklace ahead of schedule in spite of Christmas and New Years holidays.

I wanted a gold pendant of my daughter’s initials and Kanan Jewelry Designer did not disappoint. First of all the customer service was beyond they worked with me getting the right size, font and provided 3D design before purchasing so I can actually see the final product in hand. We used lab diamond's. The final product was beautiful. I was so happy.
