The salon is pretty far away from me but I'd heard good things from people so I decided to make the drive last Saturday. It was busy but everyone was working quickly & after a few minutes Thi greeted me very friendly & asked me what I wanted & explained what they offered when I asked. I only had time for a manicure but she got to work quickly & took excellent care of me. I'm going back this Saturday for more services specifically to see her, she's sweet & very funny & taught me some interesting things about Vietnam because I told her I wanted to learn more about it. 5 Stars for the salon overall & 6 for Thi, thanks again.

The worse customer service!! Unfortunately this was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Pedicure was good but avoid Nicole she had a terrible attitude from the get go all I said was to not sand my nails down too much because they are very thin well that must of annoyed her. I don’t know if she was having a bad day so I tried to not tell her something. She was extremely rough and did a bad job on my dip. I did tell her she was too rough and she just smiled. I tried to engage in conversation to see if maybe her mood would change but didn’t care to talk. I felt like she was talking about me to the other ladies. Just a very unpleasant experience overall. I’ve been before but this will definitely be the last time! I typically go to another place and I’m so grateful for their skill and wonderful customer service I guess I was expecting too much from this place! You just lost a customer because of her terrible attitude!

Nail tech talked on the phone the whole time during my manicure. Forgot we were doing a manicure after my pedicure and someone had to remind her. I asked for just pink polish, no gel. Asked if I needed to pick a color they said no. Bc they wanted to sell me gel. When I didn’t want gel they just did a clear polish without give me time to pick. Then just got up and left at the table to dry with out saying anything. It was in expensive but you get what you pay for.
