As a business owner, I get bombarded with sales calls. Not sure why I took the call from Robert Stack a couple of years ago to let him requote our business insurance, but occasionally I stumble into a good decision. He was able to save us North of $10k/year with a new carrier. He and his team have been responsive and easy to work with. Last night at 9pm I texted him about a COI I needed. I had emailed it the night before and I absolutely needed it first thing in the morning, or it was going to force us to reschedule a bunch of work. Turns out I hadn't actually sent the email, it was in my drafts, and it was my fault. By 9:30pm on a weeknight, he'd logged in and sent the COI to our client, cleaning up a mess I'd created.

We had scheduled a meeting with Robert Stack on December 9th, 2025 at 10am. He showed up on time. We explained to him that we currently carry State Farm for all our business, home and car insurance, but were looking to switch to a different insurance company. We expressed to him our frustration of dealing with prior insurance companies and going through all the trouble of providing them all our insurance information so they could quote us apples to apples and then those insurance companies never getting back to us with a quote or even a phone call or text to let us know that they can't do it or aren't interested. I called their office on 1/6/26 to let them know that Robert Stack had never reached back out and it had been over a month that we had met. I informed them that if he didn't want or couldn't insure us to at least call and that if he was too afraid or uncomfortable to verbally give me an answer to text or email. The lady informed me she would relay the message to him. I waited a day and a half, after the call to his office, and still have not received a call, text or email. It blows my mind how companies stay in business when they can't perform basic communication. I stressed to him my frustration with all the other insurance companies not communicating with me and he assured me that he wouldn't do that. Yet here we are. Almost a month and a half later and no contact from Robert Stack or the company. It's business 101. Needless to say, I won't be referring this company out to anyone.
