The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and patient while I was looking around. They really take the time to help you find exactly what you need. We took a two hour trip to find some nice party outfits. Good quality and decent prices. I just bought two dresses yesterday. The lady at the front was kind and helpful.
If you’re going to buy from here make sure they pack up the exact item and size you want to buy. I bought a abaya and handed it to the owner to pack it up she gave me a whole different size that I didn’t ask for. When I went back to tell them they told me they didn’t have the size I originally wanted anymore and couldn’t get a refund and my only option was to get something different. They have a no refund and exchange policy but in this case since this was THERE mistake they should have gave me a refund because why did she give me something completely different when i literally HANDED her the one I wanted specifically. And why should I have to pick out something different because they didn’t have my size anymore. The only reason I couldn’t get what I WANTED is because she gave me something different and this wouldn’t have happened if she just packed up the one I handed her. I should have gotten that refund because it is 100% there mistake. A whole point of having a clothing company and store is to provide good customer experience and service and that wasn’t given nor was there mistake acknowledged. Overall horrible customer service.
They have a beautiful collection of dresses. I got dresses for my friend's sister's wedding and for Eid. All of them are very pretty, and I have received lots of compliments on the outfits.
The owner is a very kind person and they have a wide collection of clothes. We will be coming back here. Thank you for your amazing business!
