Khanh's Restaurant is a well-regarded Vietnamese restaurant at 150 E Hamilton Ave in Campbell, California, where local diners and visitors can settle in for Vietnamese lunch six days a week. The restaurant opens from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday and Wednesday through Sunday, with Tuesday closed, making it a practical Campbell stop for a midday meal. Its 4.5 rating from 656 reviews points to a place many guests return to for familiar flavors and a dependable lunch experience.
The menu is notably broad, giving guests more to explore than a single style of Vietnamese fare. Khanh's Restaurant lists Saigon Crepe as a specialty, and customers praise it for careful preparation, fresh-tasting components, and satisfying flavor. Reviewers have also enjoyed Vietnamese chow mein with fried noodles, pork banh mi, an appetizer combination, lemongrass aromatic chicken, and BBQ pork vermicelli noodles. That range makes a visit suitable for someone ordering a favorite as well as a table sharing several dishes, with choices across familiar lunchtime formats.
Many comments focus on balance and texture: juicy, flavorful chicken; fresh herbs and toppings with vermicelli; crunchy elements; and fried noodles that add contrast to a meal. The descriptions also emphasize freshness across those orders. Guests describe the food as simple and tasty while also recognizing the attention behind dishes such as the crepe. Rather than presenting one narrow recommendation, the available feedback suggests choosing according to appetite, whether that means a sandwich, noodle dish, appetizer, or a specialty plate. It is an approachable way to sample a varied Vietnamese menu in Campbell.
Reviews describe a nice lunch setting for real Vietnamese food, along with service that is attentive without feeling overbearing. This combination works for diners seeking a weekday lunch, a relaxed Sunday outing, or repeat visits by people gradually working through its wide-ranging menu. Because the restaurant serves only within a midday window, it is best suited to plans made around lunch rather than an evening meal. The East Hamilton Avenue location gives Campbell residents and visitors a clear address to use when arranging a meal.
Consistency is a recurring theme in customer feedback, including from diners who describe comparable quality across first and repeat visits. Of course, preferences differ from dish to dish, but the reviews give useful direction: look to the Saigon Crepe for a stated specialty, or consider the vermicelli, banh mi, chicken, noodles, and appetizers for other well-mentioned choices. For Vietnamese food in Campbell, CA, this locally reviewed restaurant offers a focused, lunch-only opportunity to explore flavors that customers remember and revisit.

Sign in to reviewSome restaurants have a great first year. Some have a great decade. Khanh's somehow keeps delivering year after year, and that's what separates them from the pack. The consistency here is almost ridiculous. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, the food shows up with the same quality, flavor, and attention to detail every time. The service is in a league of its own. The owners are hands-on, genuinely care about their customers, and make you feel like a regular even if you aren't one. In an era where good service feels like a disappearing art form, Khanh's continues to set the standard. And while plenty of restaurants are busy copying what already works, Khanh's keeps innovating. They regularly introduce unique dishes and flavors that you simply won't find anywhere else in the Bay Area. The famous beef rolls are still legendary, the spring rolls remain among the best around, but it's their willingness to keep evolving without sacrificing quality that keeps people coming back. There are a lot of Vietnamese restaurants in the Bay. There is only one Khanh's.
This place has an amazingly diverse wide-ranging menu. So my review is just for the superb Saigon Crepe which is one of the two specialties listed on their menu. It showed tremendous preparation skills with high quality ingredients, and all SO fresh and delicious. The ambience, a former Denny's but upgraded, is nice and the service super attentive and timely.
Had an absolutely fantastic dining experience! Everything from start to finish was spot on. We tried the Vietnamese chow main with fried noodles and pork banh mi both of which were bursting with flavor and perfectly presented. The service was top-notch—attentive without being overbearing. Can’t wait to come back!
We had lunch at this nice Vietnamese restaurant on Sunday. It looked like the kind of place you go for real Vietnamese food, and it was almost there . We hoped for something amazing, but the food was just good - simple and tasty. Sometimes that's enough, right? We really liked the appetizer mix, especially the steamed meatloaf. The wonton soup was great too - fresh, warm, and full of dumplings. The banh mi sandwich was alright; the chicken was steamed, not grilled, so it was a bit soft, but still okay. What made our visit special was the service - everyone was super nice and quick. It was a good place to eat, with a friendly vibe.
Khanh's Restaurant never disappoints! The lemongrass aromatic chicken was incredibly flavorful and juicy, and the BBQ pork vermicelli noodles were fresh, crunchy, and perfectly balanced with all the herbs and toppings. Authentic Vietnamese at its best I'll definitely be back soon!
