Sign in to reviewBad experience, I bought a diamond last nine years and I had been told they were buying back with 10% less from the receipt. Today, I was socked when they told me 50% less than the price on receipt. They lied to their loyal costumers. Never stop at Kieu Hanh again!
I walked in to look for a ring and they stared at me as I was walking in and told me that I needed an appointment to look around and sent me away. They didn't offer to set an appointment or help me or anything it was clearly because I was black and they were uncomfortable with me being in the space. There were people free to help me eating food and looking around but they didn't want to help me at all. I know that this is a primarily Vietnamese area but I live here too and I'm allowed to go and shop at places without being discriminated against. And I checked their website there's absolutely nothing that says that an appointment is needed on the website.
Great experience! I had my wedding rings appraised here and would definitely recommend to a friend! Bruce was very communicative, helpful, and friendly. And the price for appraisal was fair/in line with other appraisers, if not even more affordable than other places. They also had a studio sale going on with really good deals on gorgeous ring designs. Also a convenient, cozy little location right off the main drag in Westminster- i'd definitely check it out if you're looking for a special gift for a loved one or a custom design!
