Kim Chau’s son said the only way he could test my gold was if he melted it down and which he did in fact. But he didn’t give me all my gold back. The pendant that I wanted to sell was fairly large. He went to the back and melted it and down and when he came back the amount of gold didn’t feel the same as when I gave it to him. After that he lowballed me for the remainder of the gold that he melted down. I know for a fact that he didn’t give me all the gold that he melted down that day for me.
Very nice and great customer service! We love going over here to buy nice quality jewelry. My boyfriend got himself this bracelet and it’s a unique piece. Will come back for more :)
got 2 jewelry pieces repaired here and they broke in the same exact spot! poor quality work. luckily they both broke when I was at home doing nothing
This place is great! The lady was so helpful in helping us find jewelry for the family. She spent over half an hour scouring her stock to look for what we needed, and she was very thorough in helping us decide. They were willing to work with me on pricing, which helped me a lot as a college student. Even then, their pricing is very fair. Would come back again!
PLEASANT SURPRISE - My fiance and I came here about a month ago and the owner/manager gave us a very good price for my fiance's 24k gold items. This shop gave us almost the full gold value by weight which is actually very good compared to most stores. We went to a different store nearby before this and they offered us significantly less. -- This shop owner mentioned they have been getting a lot of people coming by trying to sell fake gold items. He inspects it very carefully so don't try to sell fake jewelry. Since we were selling genuine precious metal, he was very friendly to us, especially after he inspected the jewelry we brought him. Because he gives you a fair price for real jewelry, I am glad we decided to stop here!
