A wonderful bakery in the Little Saigon area! The owner is a retired engineer that now bakes with his wife. A truly heart warming story! We like the pete chaud and the price of it blows other bakeries out of the water! You can definitely tell the difference in quality as well. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

Friendly owners and everything they sell smell and taste fresh. I come here, however, solely for the pate chaud. At $1.50 each, this place has the best tasting and best priced pate so currently. The crust is big and flaky, filled with a generous pork filling inside. The flavor is on point and you cannot eat just one. Generous serving and quality taste at an affordable price, what more can you ask for? Do call and order in advance as they sell out. I typically order at least 20 at a time.

We walked by headed to another establishment and the nice elderly Vietnamese gentleman who we found out is the owner welcomed us in too look and recommend some items. We ended leaving with crème puffs, sesame round bread warmed ( sorry don’t know real name ) and a warmed pork pastry. He was not pushy on making us buy but, was very excited to show his and his wife’s creations in the kitchen! MUST TRY!

This bakery is a wonderful place. The food is good. Their special cake is bánh bia and now do moon festival pastries too. The cake is not too sweet. You can eat and not worry about the sugar. I love this place, the atmosphere is also very nice. I will be coming again and I will bring some of my friends here to try. The owners also ship domestically in the US.
