Kim's Fashion

Try to walk into the store to buy some clothes, got approached by a gentleman while I was trying to find the correct size outfit for what it was that I was trying to purchase was told that I needed to go to the cash register when I was not ready to make my purchase. The lady kim who stands about 5 foot four aggressively approaches me, and questions me about the interaction that I had with one of her store employees I told her that I was not ready to purchase yet and that I was still looking. She proceeds to tell me that it’s her job to take the clothes that I’m purchasing out of my hand and put them behind the register as if I was looking to steal something when I came in here to simply purchase a two piece outfit for an event that I had to be at. And on top of that, she was super rude and proceeded to tell me to leave the store. Do not shop here. If you are a person of color, they treat you unfairly and I did not deserve to be put out of a store where I was potentially a customer I will never shop here and I will tell everyone about this place to not come here and shop.

The old lady that works there followed us and tried to hike up the price when looking at the artwork there (which is mostly broken) we ended up buying a jumper and a hoodie. Both of these items didn’t last four days before they began falling apart. Lost 50 dollars on literal trash that’s fraying at the seams. Please don’t waste your time here unless you want to be treated like a criminal by a rude old lady

Absolutely horrible. I was in there not one minute and the Asian lady told me I have five minutes to shop. I told her I need to look around. You have a lot of things she proceeded to tell me I was rude and started pointing her finger at me telling me to leave I’m confused. Don’t they want business from me? I would avoid the store at all cost. I don’t even know how they stay in business.

I drive cross town to get my son cargo pants that he likes from this store. I walk in and from the time I walk around I’m followed, I let them know stop following me Im not a thief. I spent $127.38, I gave $200.38 and was told I was …

My 14-year-old cousin wanted to buy a T-shirt for a photoshoot and needed to use her mother's card. The old Asian lady refused the transaction and questioned why we didn't have cash, which was inappropriate. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her decision to deny a simple purchase to a minor using her parent's card. While waiting for another family member to arrive and pay, the employee asked us to leave, which led to a heated exchange. During this, the employee used offensive language towards me and I am only 18 years old. In my opinion, the products and service are of poor quality, and it's disappointing that the store remains open despite such disrespectful behavior. My aunty did go have some exchange of words with the employee regarding that it wasn’t right of her to speak to us in that manner which also led to a heated exchange full of offensive words. She proceeded to call my aunty stupid for letting her 14 year old daughter use her card to buy a shirt. The old Asian employee recorded my aunty following her out the store. Do not shop here ! Do not support such a dirty service. This store should be shut down.
