As a first time homebuyer, I highly recommend choosing Kim as your realtor! Kim is extremely responsive, friendly and knowledgeable and I loved her attention to detail and positive spirit. I had no prior experience with this process and Kim helped walk me through each step, clearly answering my (many) questions. She was a great communicator and always responded to texts and calls quickly. She was extremely understanding of what I wanted and didn’t want in a home and was dedicated to finding the right house for me. If I need a realtor again, I already know I will be using Kim because I loved working with her and trust her to do everything in her power for her clients. She is an absolute gem, and I absolutely recommend her!
Kim was a real champion for us during the home buying process. Wow, Kim is very knowledgeable, responsive to our calls, emails and questions. She made buying a house such a breeze! She was very professional, and personal. She never made my son and I feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to signing the documents. Kim is the BEST. She was so easy to work with and great with explaining any questions we had (which were a lot because we’re first time homebuyers). She is so responsive and on top of things - I really don’t think we could have done it without her!
