King Nails

Visited this place for the very first time along with my sister. The atmosphere is very pleasant and calm. The staff is very friendly, polite and attentive. I don’t remember the person who’s did my pedicure but she has done a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this place.

PLEASE AVOID COMING HERE! I came to get a Pedicure with Overlay and Shellac at around 5pm 5/19th after work expecting to be pampered only to be feeling highly disappointed. I usually come here earlier but wanted to fit in what I could do to my work schedule and over the years the quality in their pedicures has decreased but this recent visit was the cherry on top. I wanted a Hot Stone Orange Pedicure with Acrylic Overlay and Shellac. When I walked in immediately the front desk lady had an attitude and almost rushed me to the back without asking the specifics of what I would like which in turn made me feel out of place. I then told “Ndo” what I wanted and she proceeded to rush the whole pedicure. She scrubbed my feet for not even 1 minute and 30 seconds, each time I asked her to fix something she what seemingly felt very intentional; used the file to dig deeper into my skin and cut me ! And audaciously used a chemical product to go over my cut and rubbed the blood off of my toe with her hands; not Alcohol or A sterile wound solution. When she was about finished the nail polish flooded onto my raw skin making nail polish air bubbles and the shape was lumpy and crooked. I decided I had enough and spoke up. A guy came and fixed my nails BARELY he also CUT ME on my big toe and used cuticle remover to go over my cut, how disgusting, and again like his coworker audaciously used his fingers to wipe my cut. My toes look absolutely horrible and they insisted on fixing it when all I wanted was a removal and to spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I will never ever be coming here ever again. My toes hurt when I stand, the nail polish has ripples not even 24 hours after service. My toenails have air bubbles, this is a disgusting mess with clear coat smeared over it. The nail polish looks roughly done and it looks bumpy at the surface. I acknowledged that I came later than usual but that gives no business the right to give poor hospitality within business hours, especially if the goal is to provide a pampering experience. I wanted to be pampered not pressured into accepting these poorly done nails. Please go somewhere that prioritizes hospitality, sanitation, and professionalism.

I was treated with ventless and care and the nail techs are downnnn on my hands and feet . I was nervous about trying a new place for my birthday nails but they absolutely delivered! I’m so happy with the results ☺️

Went to King Nails Cypress for the first time. Thank you Trang for doing the best pedi that I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Uyen for doing a great job on my nails. Thank you Kay Bella and Rose for doing a great job on my grand kids nails and toes. I will be back!

Before i start i want to say that I am someone who says please and thank you always and that includes to customer service. I accidentally ruined my nails when they were drying and the guy said he would fix them after I payed I did, then he proceeded to say “all done you’re free to go”. I was confused I asked are you not going to fix the nail. I couldn’t understand what he was trying to tell me till he grabbed my bag and opened the door so that I could leave. I was treated so bad because I didn’t want to pay extra and just wanted a simple set. They kept talking about be and saying that it wasn’t about me, while clearly gesturing pointing at me and about what I was getting done when I told them no I don’t want anything extra. The guy also did a really bad job at the nails when I asked if he could fixed it he got mad and blamed me
