King Spa

King Spa is a massage spa on W Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa, Florida, at 1020 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33603. It may be a convenient option for people in the area looking for a place to unwind or address everyday muscle tension. Customer feedback describes visits focused on the back and neck, including one guest who sought relief for lower-back and neck pain. The reviews also mention a relaxing atmosphere and service that helped a traveler recover after a long road trip. These accounts offer a sense of what some visitors experienced, though individual preferences and results can vary.

One detail that stands out in customer comments is the hands-on back work. Two reviewers describe a massage therapist using her knees on the back; one says the technique initially felt surprising but ultimately effective, while another reports feeling good afterward. This is a description of those customers’ visits, not a guarantee that every appointment will use the same approach. If you have a preferred pressure level, areas of concern, or questions about a technique, it is sensible to discuss them with the therapist before the session and speak up if anything feels uncomfortable. A reviewer also mentioned preferring gentler music, so the atmosphere may not match every guest’s ideal setting.

King Spa is listed as open every day, Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Its Tampa address makes it worth considering for nearby residents, people running errands along W Hillsborough Avenue, or travelers seeking a massage after time on the road. However, some reviewers reported arriving around late morning to find the door locked and being unable to reach the business by phone. Because those comments describe access problems, calling ahead to confirm that the spa is open and accepting appointments is a practical step before making the trip. Posted hours and reported experiences do not always align.

The available feedback is mixed and reflects a small set of customer experiences: visitors praise the service and relaxing effect, while others raise concerns about being unable to enter or get a response. For prospective guests comparing massage spas in Tampa, that context can help set realistic expectations. Confirm availability, ask about the type and intensity of massage offered, and share any comfort preferences before treatment begins. With those details clarified, King Spa may suit someone looking for a local massage appointment, especially for back-focused relaxation, while allowing time to verify access first.
