I had an amazing experience at King Spa. Even though I was only there for a few hours, it was more than enough to completely relax. I left the spa feeling refreshed, with both my mind and body totally relaxed. I enjoyed the jacuzzi and also got a massage that was absolutely excellent. The service was outstanding, and the staff was very professional and attentive. They truly know how to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I would definitely come back again. 100% recommended for anyone looking to relax and disconnect from stress.

I’ve recently been staying in the Dallas area, so I’ve visited King Spa and Sauna several times to relax. I should mention that this is the first facility of its kind that I’ve visited, so I do not have another similar spa to compare it with. Pools: I would describe the pool as fairly average in size. It is not massive, but it is not tiny either. Two hot tubs are included. They are decently hot when the jets are running, but they do not feel particularly hot when the jets are turned off. Unfortunately, they are full most of the time. However, I’ve noticed that if you visit around 8:00 to 8:30 p.m., you may find the hot tubs and even the entire pool area empty or close to empty. Although the facility remains open until midnight, the pool and several of the more appealing amenities close much earlier. The entire pool area closes at 9:30 p.m., and the spa treatments and massages take their final appointments at approximately 9:30 p.m. Main facility: The main part of the facility has many interesting rooms to explore, including saunas, cooling rooms, red-light rooms, and others. However, I feel that many of these rooms contain or are themed around wellness concepts that I personally consider pseudoscientific. For example, some rooms feature quartz rocks and similar materials. They are still interesting to check out, but I think this part of the facility will appeal more to certain guests than others. Restaurant: I want to be straightforward about the restaurant. In my experience, the food was terrible, low quality, and extremely overpriced. On two separate visits, I ordered ramen and was charged between $13 and $16. Both times, what I received was a heated package of store-bought instant ramen. The drinks are also more expensive than usual, with a Coca-Cola costing $3.50. Overall, I would recommend skipping the restaurant when visiting. Spa treatments: I received several spa treatments across my visits. First, it is important to know that these services are expensive and are not included with general admission. I’ve attached photos of the price board showing the exact prices available during my visits. I received the deluxe facial for $130. The spa practitioner was amazing, diligent, and respectful throughout the service. However, I did not find the facial particularly relaxing, and it also seemed centered around wellness concepts that I consider pseudoscientific and that may only appeal to a certain audience. At such a high price, I would not personally say that the facial was worth it. I also received the hand massage on two different visits. The prices were $65 for 40 minutes and $85 for 60 minutes. I did not notice a major difference between the two services. Although the receptionist told me that only my hands would be massaged, the spa practitioner actually massaged my entire arms and even worked on my shoulders to some extent. I only have good things to say about this massage. It was excellent in every way and left me feeling extremely relaxed. More recently, I received the Swedish massage. Once again, the spa practitioner was diligent and respectful, and the massage itself was amazing. I left feeling very relaxed. Important warning: If you are bringing children or anyone who may be sensitive to nudity, be careful about entering the changing-room area on the left. Complete nudity is allowed and expected there, and it is required in certain sections. This could be a shocking or uncomfortable experience for someone who is not expecting it. I would recommend avoiding that area unless you are specifically comfortable with and interested in a nude spa environment.

I was very impressed with King Spa & Sauna. I came with my sister-in-law and her friend. We arrived early, so we checked in, and they gave us clothes by size and a locker. We were able to tour all the rooms, and it was very relaxing. There is a movie theater and a restaurant available. It was very clean, and it is definitely a place to go to if you want to be totally relaxed. Also, you can pay for individual available services.

I came to Dallas for a week-long trip with my daughter during her school break. A friend recommended King Spa, and I’m so glad we visited! Personally, I was very satisfied with everything—the saunas, the water park, and the food. I would have really regretted it if I hadn't come. I definitely want to visit again next time

We visited King Spa on a weekday and overall had a pleasant experience. Since it was our first visit, the staff was very welcoming and took the time to show us around. We started in the pool area before making our way through the saunas and ending in the hot baths. While the spa itself offers a relaxing atmosphere, the pool area appeared to need more attention. We noticed a used bandage near the pool, chewed gum on one of the shower massagers, and a plastic cup floating in the water. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident, as improved cleanliness in this area would significantly enhance the experience. The sauna facilities, on the other hand, were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. We appreciated the informational signs outside each sauna that explained the benefits and what to expect, making it easy to choose the experience that best suited us. The hot baths were the perfect way to end the day, and we left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. We also noticed an on-site restaurant, which is a nice added convenience for those planning to spend several hours there. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to try it during this visit, but it’s something we’d consider next time. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would consider looking into a membership in the future.
