Sign in to reviewEddie and his crew have done it again! This is my second time using their services. I had my alternator replaced. They are very professional, they know what they’re doing, they offer great prices, and they’re very honest and friendly! They work on all types of cars. That includes foreign cars, such as Mercedes, BMW’s, etc. it doesn’t matter how old your car is. They love working with the oldies but goodies!
This is a great car repair shop. Ed is so kind and took care of my car promptly. He had it repaired after properly diagnosing it. I found out my car had some major issues wrong with it. He right away quoted me the price of parts and labor and gave me a turnaround of having my car back on the road as soon as possible. I’m very thankful for this auto mechanic and his repair shop. Highly recommend.
18 year customer, never again. Ed told me $210 and he has the part on order. Instead my charges turned out to be $350 and it's the same old part it was before. My previous service seemed a little high but I'm a loyal customer and I don't mind paying a little more, because I think I know what I'm getting. I know how to work on cars, my car wouldn't smog so I replaced the CCV on it. Still got a check engine light on so instead of continuing to spend money, I took it to Ed to help me diagnose and get a cost on having him do it since I've already spent hours doing my work. Turns out the intake boot slipped off the throttle body, I can do it myself but the convenience of $210 and supporting a business is what I chose. Every auto shop repair Ive had done besides dealership warranty repair has gone to this shop. I've trusted this shop for almost 2 decades, and it's different now. The trust is broken, everything feels like a hard sell. And now those feelings are confirmed. I went back to the shop because the car was still throwing codes. Eddie came out and stuck his head in the car, without a mask on his face 4 inches away. I asked him three times to put a mask on if you're going to be cheek to cheek. He refused. At this point I've made my mind up I'm never coming back here. I told Eddie that I was never coming back and he followed me to my car after I got in opened the drivers side door up and tried to start a fight with me. Crazy. If you do go to this guy, ask him to save the parts and take pictures before and after. Disinfect your car after they touch it because this shop is anti-mask. I'm not a crazy mask person. I only asked him to wear a mask when in uncomfortably close proximity, when I went into his shop I didn't say a word and wore my mask. His house his rules. My car, my face, my rules. Protect yourself; You're better off at the dealership. UPDATE: The car is throwing the same codes. Save your money, go somewhere else.
Used to be a loyal customer of 20 years and to be honest the last 2 years have been nothing but wasted money and what used to be a great business and customer service has become nothing but. Money hungry company that should not be trusted. It's super depressing to actually catch a mechanic and his workers messing up your car instead of fixing it . I honestly hate having to leave a review like this but after 22 years I say take your car else where!
My one and only car guy! Kings auto clinic always put you as a priority and always super professional and nice. The owner is very friendly and honest guy. Definitely going to go there every time I need any type of fix in my car
